How many people have actually watched the movie?

A quick glance at the 'recently added to list' showed that 8/8 aren't living in Japan. If that's the case, the number of people who rated the movie without even watching it is appalling.

You're saying it like it's not a common occurence.
Some of them may have actually seen it without necessarily living in Japan (Vacations is a thing, you know) some are just giving it a score without having actually seen it.
It's always the case for movies and other things exclusive to Japan. (Pre-screening, event videos, to name a few.)

I'm waiting until I catch up with XY&Z again before I watch this movie, and I'm waiting until I catch up with the Brazilian dub of XY/XY&Z before I get back to subbed XY&Z, so I haven't watched it yet.

Also, when I do watch it, I'll rewatch Movie 18 dubbed first.

Just watched it in the cinema today, it's just alright :D you watch it because you are a fan, if you are not then there isn't a reason to check it out.
