| 5/5 Episode beautiful, a classic event repeated many times in the shojo, but it is so well made that the déjà vu I was not even touched the thought. The OST took me completely, during the narration was involved 100% in the last part, a bit less at the beginning. Nice designs, animations of good standard. I do not pronounce on gags seen, not being very well-aimed, give some originality to the plot. |

| Holy shit. This show is good. I kept waiting waiting to be offended by lame story progression or dumb characters of the typical (reverse) harem fare but nope I'm just falling more and more in love with these characters every episode. I can see why it seemed to remain on the radar of the anime community long after the initial impression week. There hasn't been any giant shoujo hits in the West for a while, but if I had the ability to pick the next big shoujo hit, it'd be this. I even like Hak and I tend to dislike shoujo male leads. And it's Asian (Korean to boot!!) fantasy, which is completely my thing, yeah. |

| When I first saw the cover of the animals and read the synopsis I thought it may even be not bad (I haven't read the Manga) the girl on the cover looked pretty determined and the fact she held a sword maybe me hope that she is strong. There just so many animes that disappoint me ever time I'm excited to watch them and the main point of disappointment are the female characters. They are often just so annoying and dump but they still give them some weapons so they appear bahasa but in reality they only mess up and scream -_- Well until this episode I didn't really believe Yona gonna become a decent female character but now, now I'm looking forward to the next episodes! I kinda love this animes already :DI love how they gracefully switched between the childhood, some time before the present and than back to present. We could feel Yona's change even more with her voice. First her voice was so high as a little girl that still high and girly with 16 and now that she realized that she has to become strong, to protect her people and to mature up her voice got this strong tone of a woman. |

| Now this is more like it! Yona is finally starting to become a badass! Those fiery eyes of her's were savage. The comedy sprinkled into the fight scenes was a nice touch. Great episode. Easily the best one so far. 8.5/10 |

| Ergh, really? First pathetic and melodramatic crying that screamed "We want your feelz!". Then unnecessary and ill-fit comedy that really ruined all the drama. And finallly, one invincible hero that deflects arrows like none other and doesn't even care he was shot. Not to mention that enemy commander was such fool he let princess talk and act when she went out of the bush. And what's with those misfit bishounen fanservice moments? They really want us to believe in trainwreck like that? They really made themself clear that Yona is character type that acts foolishly without any real strategy. And I really hate those characters. |

| Omg how cute Hak's little brother is. So the real journey has begun. The beginning was nice between Hak and Yona. These are definitely not only feels for a friend. All the scenes between them sooo good <3 I love the fight style of Hak. I think I never saw a main character with a spear, so it's new for me. Even the people of the fire clan were impressed of him. And that ending.....it seems Yona got serious with these fiery eyes and hair. Give me more pls ^^ |

| took me almost 5 hrs to finish the hours. god the first half was boring. the second half though, finally! progress. my feelings for hak go from disgust and anger to acceptance. when will he stop making unwelcome moves towards yona? ugh |

| Hell yeah! Yona is beginning to find her resolve and also being brave. That scene when Yona's glare froze that guy was epic! Hak is a one-man-army, these soldiers are no match for him as long as he's in a great condition. |

| Haeng-dae being "dead" is a running gag now. Hak is completely loyal to Yona. When Yona pushed the fire tribe guy was so funny. Like how she worked up the resolve to confront gang tae jun tout of concern for the Wind tribe. |

| They are lucky these fire people are not that good at their jobs with the exception of the I brought poisened arrow guy. The comedy still working and everything else is fine. |
