Finally, news about it.
And finally an action anime for summer. (well, there's berserk but ... it doesnt sound good, lolz)
Haven't read the manga but it sounded interesting enough.

Here's the staff list for now

Director : Watanabe Takashi (Heavy Object, Shakugan no Shana)
Character Design : Hasegawa Shinya (Golden Time, Ikkitousen)

J.C. Staff is a pretty good choice. I would've much prefer the more experienced studios with the action but this is still a lot better than some up-to-no-good studios like what Berserk got lol. J.C. Staff has also pretty much redeemed themselves for me for the last year so I'll be looking forward to this.

The key visual on the official site is also pretty good too.

Well, if you compare the action in J.C. Staff anime with the ones from, say, Production I.G, Madhouse, Mappa or Bones, it's a bit lacking in impact and atmosphere. But I'm pretty much satisfied with the studio choice for this since like I said above, I like J.C. Staff for their stuff last year.

Just from the image and synopsis of this new one alone, I'm very much liking the look of it ^^

What I'm really hoping for is, that it won't be a one-cours-anime.
Because I don't think, that they reach a specific point with only 12 episodes. And I really want to see a certain point of the story animated.

Oh, and nobody should be bothered by the fan service. It's only at the beginning a little bit, but as the story moves on, there's less and less fan service ^^

this disappoints me if there is less fan service

knowing jc staff they will add more compared to the source thankfully.

Even if you say that there's just a little bit of fanservice, i can already see a lot of people just calling it a piece of shit after the first episode and going like
''hurr fking fanservice 1/10 !!!!!!1''

burn out? All of those anime were high quality and 1 was a 2 cour show.

JC Staff isnt a small studio they have enough power to do multiple anime in high quality. Unlike Silver Link who can do multiple anime with varied quality.

winters are usually flops with the exception of 1 anime
fall is stacked with sequels or promising new series

summer is just prime real-estate so im guessing they are always working their best for a return
