| Hmm......the story still not too interesting but the action, animation, and music really good in my opinion. Yeah so far 6/10. Since I am big fan of armored anime series (Tiger and Bunny, Karas, Gatchaman Crowds, and Taimadou) I am will watch this anime until final episode :) |

| Pretty decent episode. Things did move fairly fast this time, but I do expect more variety in the following ones. Looking forward to different situations and more people using the power armor suits. I really can't understand where all these complaints about "boredom" come from, so I can only shrug and shake my head at how attention spans are so limited these days. There wasn't anything in this episode that I had trouble following nor understanding. |

| Was a bit below average. 99% of the show took place on a train, and 99% of the dialogue was the characters spouting fucking federal regulations and shit and articles of codes that we as viewers will never know what they fucking mean. Kazari was garbage. Her and the ginger kid from Grimgar should slit each others throats. |

| That was below-average. The action wasn't too good. The characters have their quirks, but were otherwise boring. I don't think I'll drop it just yet. |

| I don't know what to say about it. The OST is sometimes good, sometimes not in the right time... after a while became boring. The characters are interesting if they won't be pathetic. The MC, mh i don't really hate her but yes, she is introduced like a bossy person but i didn't see nothing like that yet. Nothing original, i don't know why but i think everytime of Power Rangers xD |

Too bad you probably won't be watching ten or so episodes into the future, because by then it'll probably be hard to push such thoughts without simply having outright skipped the rest of the show. It is in no way awkward. If you can't see that, I'll give half a moment to feel sad for your lack of imagination. In point of fact, I was going to mention Wizard Barristers, but then, I saw that post and decided to quote it instead. I'm not entirely certain what you're getting at with the somewhat oddly worded "material differences" sentence, since that has no bearing on what was being talked about. This show had a similar feel. Whether or not the details are different is irrelevant to the point that was being made. |

| Just watched the 1st episode. Reminds me of a time when anime was about fun. A time where the industry was not focusing in pleasing autistic 30 year old necklebeards. A time where it was not needed to explan everything so that the same autistic people don't get confused and bored. A time where they did not sell disgusting body pillows. A good time. |

| A decemt pilot episode. The OP sounds fine and the ED sounds good and is catchy. Kazari herself is so far my least favorite thing about the show (something about her bugs me the wrong way). |
| So, this is kind of like Patlabor but with a modern sensibility, tons of butts in pencil-skirts and weird power suit things, Not complaining. I like Kazari. |
| Well, that was a chaotic first episode. Active Raid reminds me of a cross between Psycho-Pass and some flamboyant super sentai mecha show. In fact, Asami bears a striking resemblance to Akane, and the not-Makishima's ramblings felt too on the nose, so that threw me off for a moment. At least for the moment, the show tried to establish the regulations and systems in this near-future Japanese society, but it also backhandedly trashes it in the same breath. The show rushes through character introductions, quickly expositing gimmicks and relationships, but continues through with a lot of yelling and screaming. I'm not exactly sure what to make of Active Raid yet, but it seems to want a combination of societal observations, criticisms of government and police actions and inactions, commentary on social media and voyeur fascination of crimes, some abstract philosophical ponderings regarding justice, and high-energy anime nonsense. I'm not sure if Active Raid will be able to balance all of that though. |
