Alt Luxgard Alt entered the council office, he was looking for something fun to do. Y'know, like torturing people. But, since the rules were "No innocent people", Alt had to pick a mission with lots of people he could fight. Additionally, it was just to satisfy his sadism. He was looking around to see who was supposed to give him his mission as he waved his hand in the air. "Hello? Yeah, I'm here to do the mission of.. Torturing weaklings- Ahem, I mean Crisis at City II" Aiden Stormguard  Aiden entered at the same time as someone else had. The stranger was going on a mission called "Crisis at City II", but Aiden came here for a different one. His rank wasn't as high, so he couldn't do many others. "I'm here for the mission New Weapons" |
| Setsu was already preat angry when she notice 2 studen walk in SC office and looked at them, first was a male Student who looked like soon he will have fun as Setsu looked at him and take a breath out " you want mission...Crisis at City II.... all alone? you cant go on mission all alone..." as she looked at a aiden and "and you want,,,New weapons... i do not think it's hard mission to do but i cant let you all alone... so fined somemone who wold want to come with you" she looked both of them "so.. i will aprrove you when you fined someone else" |
| Alt Luxgard Alt clicked his tongue when the one authority denied his request. He was doing things by following the rules, and what happened? He didn't get what he wanted. Alt calmed himself down, if he broke the rules right now, all his efforts would be for naught. "You know, I think I'm more than enough. If not, I'll take this one with me." Alt pointed at Aiden. Aiden Stormguard It seemed that the mission would be too dangerous to do it alone, but he didn't understand. All it was was testing out weapons. Aiden sighed, and it also didn't seem like the other student was very happy with the reply either, saying that he would drag Aiden into it. If he remembered correctly, the mission that the other student signed up for was D-Rank, but Aiden is F-Rank. "I see. But isn't it just testing out weapons?" |
| Setsu looked at Alt and smiled "mmm now i remembered you... he one who likes when he let other get hurt.. pain and killing slowly.. right?" she smiled because he was like her too, and she one the one who looked his fight on the way here, as she smirked and looked at paper "i am sure you would be ennought for it too.. but i will not let you alone.. rule is rule even i cant go aginst it... and you cant take F rank member in D rank mission... fined someone strong to go on mission Alt Luxgard" and after that she looked at other boy "well i know you cant go on that mission.. you are F rank right? but if Alt want he can come with you on F rank mission" she smiled "but you cant o in D rank mission" and then she looked at them with her cold eyes "so... what will you say Alet? go on mission whit him... on F rank mission or not o on mission?" she smirked to them |
| Alt Luxgard The one in front of him was really getting on his nerves. It seemed that she had information about him as well. He didn't have information on her, but he really wanted to show her who's dominant. She seemed to be playing around with him as well, his hands were twitching. He wasn't scared, he was getting excited. He wanted to turn this girl into a submissive pet. That was the thrill. That was the joy. If one can turn dominance into submission. He definitely didn't like that he had to ask others for permission to do what he wanted. And he especially didn't like that while doing so, he was denied of doing what he wanted. "How about I beat your ass right here, right now? If I win, I'll have you come with me. If you win, I guess I'll go search for a partner." |
| Setsu noticed Alt was angry, and his hands were twitching, as she liked this reaction really much.. after all it was first time seeing him so close, he was as a little angry cat.. who wanted to be troublesome.. but Setsu could not let him win against her.. Setsu looked at him and smiled sweetly "wow i am pretty popular today... you are secong student who aske me to have a duel with him" she smiled nad looked at him "well i do not like that bet.. if you lose han you will become my slave... you want to risk?" |
| Alt Luxgard "Then let's raise the stakes! If I lose, I'll become your slave. If you lose, you'll become mine." It seemed that the girl wasn't scared of fighting. He liked that. He liked his targets to have some ego in them. He would enjoy stomping that Ego to dust, after all. "Dynamos..." Electricity had gathered around Alt as 6 knife-sized blades started appearing in rapid succession. He was going to win this fight. He was going to be the one gaining dominance. He was not, in no way, going to become submissive to anyone. "Check.. This'll sting!" |

| Alt Luxgard His target had accepted the challenge along with the risks. But she had told him that they should go to the training place, as they shouldn't break the office. Alt just agreed to this, since he would have a slave very soon. A plaything to torture whenever he wanted! He got excited, the symbol beneath his left eye lighting up as he followed her to the training place. |
| Kuro He knocked but sensed no one was there. So he went in and dumped the body on the chair tied with some rope. He wrote a short note close by for Setsu and mentioned his inappropriate behaviour in the class. And of course to teach him a lesson- |

| Alt Luxgard When he came by, he was tied up. Again in the council office. Alt sighed when he saw Setsu, asking him what had happened. If he were trying to fight again. Alt looked at the restrictions on him, remembering what the teacher had done filled him with rage. How dare he stand up to him. "They were already fighting, I didn't see a reason not to join. Ended up being a bunch of weaklings.." Alt summoned the Dynamos to cut what was tying him up. "Now then, how about that mission?" |

| Roa Entering the Council Office, the first thing Roa saw was the student who'd been causing a ruckus cutting himself out of a chair he'd been bound to. Why was he bound to a chair? Roa thought to himself. "Am I interrupting something?" He said as he leaned against the door frame, looking towards Alt and Setsu. "I'm looking for another mission, and my dorm mate seems to have gone sick, I'd like to have her excused for school activities for now." |
| "because you was fighting... you cant go on mission.. as a punishment.. and fighting in class without permision means you are a bad boy.. so i can take your power away for few days" she said and smiled as she take out a collar so if she out it to him, he could not use his power,, "oh.. you can wear this or leave sword here... because without you sword you cant use your powers" |
| Setsu looked at roa and signed "your roommate is ill? well she needs permision from school doctor.. if doctor said she was really ill than everything is ok.. and if she laing than we will punish her too, and about mission ask to voice president.. he sits there" |

So you can call it a punishment for him to go hunting with me and he just won't receive a reward for it, if you still feel a punishment is needed." Roa said trying to sound convincing and sincere Addressing the subject of his Roommate "She's already fallen asleep and is burning hot at the touch, I don't think she has the strength to see the doctor" (He left for a week the guy roleplaying her, so we decided just having her go sick would be the best solution) |

| Alt Luxgard His mission's acceptance was retracted. Something broke inside of Alt's mind. Setsu pullet out a collar, telling him that it's something that would restrict his powers and gave him two options. Either he wears the collar, or he leaves his weapon there. After the Dynamos had cut whatever was restricting his movements, Alt went towards the door. Alt was prepared for someone to stop him, and he would definitely react as needed. "I've been sealed once. I don't feel like being sealed again." ( Before you ask, I summoned the Dynamos. And it seems like Setsu did not put the collar on, so he can use his powers at the moment. ) |
| *Seifer uses his acceleration to get near Alt and swing his blades at the back of his ankles to disable him since Seiifer knew the nurse could fix just about any injuries * |

| Roa Watching Seifer attack Alt, Roa would also ready himself if he had to step in to save either part, since needles fighting wasn't something he was interested in currently. He was also appalled at the idea of sealing someones powers. |
Alt Luxgard Just like he expected, someone came to stop him. Too bad for them, Alt had been prepared for it. The blade clashed at something else metallic. Alt's Dynamos. Alt looked at the one who tried to stop him. A black-haired boy. Trying to stop Alt while he was quite angry and annoyed, was a bad move. As the weapons of the boy clashed with Alt's Dynamos, electricity generated and Alt's Electric Current was activated. "I hope you know this.. but I'm a lunatic." |

| Setsu looked at thim "you.. both.. stop" she said as made sude they cold stop using powers, as she sent some little air hands and pushe hem together "alt... did not i said do not make me angry?" her eyes was really cold and really angry and than she walk closer to them as air try to make them to holed so they could not move as she put collat on him as his powers was selled "and because of this bulshit.. i make sure you will not use your powers for one week.." she looked at Alt as she made them move again and signed "you are so troublesome" said Setsu and looked at him "well you cant tike it.. even if you try.. or other try to use magic it will not help.. and that collar is like a protaction from other powers.. you ant use your but noone else can us on you too" |

| (Yes there was indeed something in one piece that negates the devil fruit powers. But you can't just stop us from using our powers on him. I'd have Roa wear it all the time and just train with his swordsmanship, that would make him borderline unbeatable.) |
