| Hey guys! I am currently halfway through the first season of Gochuumon, but I was wondering if it's possible to start watching the 2nd season right away and watch the rest of the episodes of S1 at a later point. I have currently seen 6 eps of the first season. If not, are there any specific episodes I do need to see from the first season before I can start the second without getting confused? |

While it doesn't really affect much since it is a slice of life (they remind you again in season 2), why would you want to watch season 2 before 1 o.O I make top lists, and I don't have the time to sit through 12 episodes before catching up. Same problem with K, but skipping isn't really an option there. >_> |

If you have a really, really good reason for me not to, please do tell me instead of simply saying "what's the point?". EDIT: I've decided to just continue watching from the first season. In the OP of the new Gochuumon I noticed a character I don't remember quite well, so I figured it'd be better to continue watching from S1. Thanks for the people who properly answered the question. |

Mocha only appeared once in the first season in Cocoa's flashback. She only plays a role since the fifth episode of the second season. But anyway, you must not skip the first season. Slice of Life anime are even though episodic, but you need to watch everything in the right order to enjoy it at its full potential. Because the comedy really come from characterization and inside jokes. If you don't know about a certain character, you would be less likely to understand the meaning of the situation and thus you might feel confused as far as you wouldn't laugh at all |
