True Tears Epilogue [SPOILERS]

Can someone explain the ending of the True Tears Epilogue OVA? its basically a music video that show an aftermath of all the characters Ai-chan and Miyokuchi continue working together, Hitomi and Shin remain a couple, Isuragi Jun moves to Tokyo and Isuragi Noe has two new friends.

But at the very end of the song it shows Noe standing at the edge of the bridge/dock and right as the song ends she takes a step forward and it looks like she's falling then in the next scene its just waves splashing against the rocks and the screen fades to black.

What does that mean? Did Noe commit suicide by drowning herself? (Judging from the previous episode where she first tried to kill herself by jumping off a tree I honestly won't be surprised but that would mean TT is actually a very dark anime) I'm so confused

She didn't. The epilogue is just a brief animation based on three drama CDs that were released (one for each of the heroines). The story shown in the epilogue actually takes place before the anime last scenes. In particular Noe's story is about how she was able to make friends after breaking up with Shin. The part at the ocean is just some philosophical stuff if I remember correctly.

I think that the mountain represents the sky/heaven... at last I understand (I think) its symbolism. I'm about to listen to the CDs right now. Love TT

I like manga and anime... even while I'm relatively new to this genre(s).
