Monogatari Series: First Season
| I have watched bakemono and nisemono and i like the monogatari series as a whole.... but I kind of want to just skip nekomonogatari and move on to second season. what do you guys suggest? is there anything ultra important in neko? or is it just really similar to the flashback in bakemono? |

| You don't want to skip it. It clarifies a lot about Hanekawa Tsubasa and why Araragi never asked her out. Also, I doubt you'd understand the first arc of second season without it. It explains the origin of Hanekawa's demon and details a little more about how spirits and monsters work. Also really helps to explain Shinobu. You will not understand Hanekawa and why she is really dangerous without Nekomonogatari Kuro. |
