Aoi is taking her responsibility more seriously as a manager and imo, she is perhaps becoming more relevant than I had expected. And lol, spying on people in that outfit? XD  |

| I didn't expect this ep. is about the manager. Though manager's job is important, too, for finding jobs for and caring seiyuus. It's her side of what happened in previous eps. It was melodramatic when running to catch up to a recording (and that twist for ED). |

| So Konno's just as much of a newbie as Futaba, and we did relive their past hardships. Nice to finally see that tiny bit of praise for Futaba at the end. Hope to see more. Unfortunately next week's a Rin episode. And it looks like it'll still just focus on her uncertain future...even though she's a child prodigy who already has a pretty much guaranteed successful seiyuu career Futaba and Ichigo would kill to have.... |
| Looks like they were focusing on Konno, she's a lot more caring than I thought she was and came out to be, she's a great manager. :D But man, this episode went by so fast, now to wait another week :( |

| Konno was really looking out for the girls to "stalk" the sales, and also getting Futaba this job through her efforts. I liked how this episode emphasized on the importance of the management team. Futaba did something interesting to get that job... now I want to know :/ |

| Episode was good and all but I have a feeling that majority of managers aren't like Konno. "Get Along" made this episode so much more epic - if I won't be able to see Megumi Hayashibara in the remaining episodes at least I could hear her in the ending :-). |
| I thought that "Kon kon" was more serious and had a cold personality, but she happen to be more cuter. I love this episode, and I think that konno-chan is my favortie character now ^u^ |

| Felt a bit too recappy for a good chunk of the episode and they made Hidaka Noriko WAY younger than she should be. Still, it was nice to focus on Konno who really looks out for Futaba. She's like a more proactive Yuki Nagato. This week's ED is SLAYERS! eh. I have to admit, I've not seen any of the series but I plan to sometime in the future. |

| Liked the episode. Learned from the manager's perspective, and at the same time it served as sort of a recap of what happened so far. Really like Konno a lot! She looks like a really nice person to work with and her social-awkwardness also makes her cute at the same time. |

| It's really refreshing to see stuffs from a manager's point of view. Kon Kon really tried her best to support Futaba, I just wish Futaba wasn't so nervous on every auditions. She's no longer a total newbie (considering she's been doing this for almost 2 years), it's about time she's able to control some of those nerves. Watching her fumbled before the start of every audition is painful and makes you just want to tell her to switch career because there's no way she can any big role with that kind of mindset. This week's cameo is Ranma 1/2 Akane's VA, I didn't know she also voiced Seta Sojiro from Kenshin though. That must have been what she was referring to in this episode but damn, she's good. Sojiro didn't sound like a female at all. |

| I loved how they had the mascot introduce Konno's job this episode. Managers need some love and appreciation too. Their lives aren't any easier than the Seiyuu they work with. Konno worked so hard for Futaba's sake, the end hug wasn't enough of a reward (though she probably enjoyed it a lot). And for some reason, Konno's expression sometimes reminds me of Konata from Lucky Star. Slayers is such a classic. I approve! |

| What an adorable episode. I first thought that Konno was a bit cold but it's nice to see her perspective and how she works hard as Futaba-chan's manager. Btw, I thought this anime was just going to have 14 episodes but now it's uncertain again. Will it be 2-cour? |

| I think it was a nice addition to have Konno's POV about some events that happened in previous eps. This definitely gave her character more depth which is always a good thing. That said, it was a nice episode, Konno truly is a dedicated manager and I'm glad she's doing a great job. Not to mention that it was also nice to see the importance of being a manager. It truly seems to be a very hard job for sure. |
