| This is a story that getting into it, you already knew how it was going to end. But that just makes it all the more emotional and depressing. I wouldn't mind this being made into an anime adaption, even if its just a short OVA or something. |

| The ending was great even if I already knew what was going to happen (because it was obvious). I really liked this little love story, it explains clearly what has happened in Japan during those times and it give us the feeling that the families of the soldiers felt. |
| Yes, the ending was predictable, but it was still nice to see how relationships were working 100 years ago. Nothing overboard but pure love and respect.
