Anyone have the feeling that Arima/??? are kanekis parents?

Not sure why but i've always had this feeling about arima being kanekis dad, the whole his dad died when he was 4 and before he could remember his face just sounds like a covenient excuse and way to hide the truth that his dad has been alive all this time.

Especially if you consider that a ghoul investigator of arimas level has to have countless enemies so he wouldn't be around much anyway due to work but when he was home he would be a risk to his family that the ghouls would go after them because their relation to him.

They also never tell you kanekis dad or moms name, and the way that arima seemed to know kaneki when he saw him as if he knew about him and what he had became all along seeing as he knew who kanekis name.

Who knows though to me it feels like tokyo ghoul jack is a way of showing kanekis origins over the longterm, i feel like when jack and RE are both complete if you read all 3 parts of tokyo ghoul you'll be able to put together quite a story.

ARima being his dad is also the only way that i could see kaneki surviving their fight, i mean we know kaneki has abnormal healing abilities from his torture time with yamori and that rize could have her kahouka or w/e its called removed and still remain alive so kaneki could be the same way arima could've made a quinque out of kaneki and him still survive and arima cover it up. which is the only way i see kaneki surviving is arima had a reason to save him

I'd also buy it if arima was close friends with kanekis dad.
