| Intense episode. Min-Soo... D: I really liked him and he died so early. Although once he said he could secure an escape route I had a feeling that's how this would go. Cute moment between Hak and Yona. I don't really care for shipping in this kind of series but maybe that'll change. Her shield at the end seems like a potential love interest. O: The fighting at the end was so cool! |

| This episode was pretty dark. Completely devoid of comedy. Damn Hak is badass. Seeing him annihilate Soo-won's baddies was satisfying. Yona continues to be a crybaby. She looked a lot more strong-willed after that timeskip though. I'm excited! This is reminding me of Seirei no Moribito more and more. Hak can be compared to Balsa while Yona reminds me of Chagum for the time being though I expect that to change. Good episode. I'm liking it more and more! 7.5/10 |
| Wanted to slap Yona so badly to make her snap out of it during the first half, but honestly i find her reaction to be quite realistic. Can't blame her too much on that one. Surprised Min-Soo died, i actually thought he was one of the harem guys we see in the opening. Nice fight scene at the end. I do hope there will be few time skips. I find it harder to follow a character's development when the story is not mainly told chronologically. And chara dev seems to be the main appeal of this show. |
| Wow, liking 2nd episode better than the 1st episode! Hak's fighting scene was cool! XD Dammit I thought Min Soo would survive at least :( That was a cool introduction to the future Yona (who is more mature and less whiny thank goodness) and her badass team mates!! Cant wait to see how they meet each other~ Thank goodness for the preview, for awhile there I thought it'll just randomly skipped how they meet each other. |

The fight were nice. Hak seems really strong and he's a cool guy. I like him a lot as a character after these 2 episodes. I think if they didn't stopped the fight between him and Su-won he would have killed him. At the end it was nice to see how much he cares for Yona. :) And we could see because they skip time for and backwards that Yona grew up. Looking forward to the next episodes. PS: The music is absolute beautiful. Love it ^.^ |

| RIP Min-Soo. T0T It's so cute to see Hak comforting Yona. That hug... I went from crying to clapping my hands because I love the ending wherein we get to see some badass characters in action and Yona shooting the arrow. She's so strong now. |

| I doubt it'll happen but It would interesting If Yona's Dad was a horrible ruler, like the general populace hated him or something along those lines. I just think it'd add a layer of I guess complexity to Yona's forthcoming quest. |

| That fight animation was really good! The story is getting more interesting... This is beyond being scared for Yona, she has been treated as a princess her whole life with constant joy aaaand... Boom! Her 16th birthday turns to shit with the assassination of his own father by the person Yona love the most! That's some high-grade mental breaking event for Yona! That last scene when Yona has become brave was exciting, but I hope this show takes its time to develop how she became into a 'warrior' and not just rushing on how her character is developed, even worse, just skipping it all to that point. |

| Hmm, I don't know, but I feel like something is lacking with this anime. It's nice but, aahh, I'm not feeling that excitement. It's how the characters move. Yona is so stiff. I'm craving for more fluidity with their motions. Don't know if it's for the characterization or the animation is just not really satisfying me right now. |

| I had nothing bad to say about this episode until the annoying time jump at the end. They've escaped into the forest, Yona is distraught & Su-won is plotting in the palace - I don't want to see future 'badass' Yona yet, or a bunch of new characters I know nothing about. Pretty jarring. |
