Vol 6 is pretty long so I highly doubt they will be able to cover the remaining in just 3 eps. Since I this information wasn't added until recently can it be found somewhere on the official site?

I doubt it. A comedic OVA (in the style of the first season's OVAs, probably) has already been announced.

I remember reading somewhere a while ago it was going to be 15 eps for each core, I was going under that impression until I read it's gonna be 12 a few days ago :/

does anyone actually know anything about this? from what I've seen people have just been speculating and assuming it's 12 eps o-0

13 episodes are confirmed for Blu-Ray release, so that's probably 12 broadcast episodes and a bonus.

Dont worry, if the show keeps selling 3k blu ray every volume you can expect it to be 2 12 cour seasons and a 45 minute ova.

@Yause yeah i see, thanks for that info :)

@Objurgo, after reading it's the "second cour" it makes me think, they may not finish volume 6 in these upcoming episodes, but have a halfway cliffhanger, then continue next cour

like, has it even officially been confirmed that these three cours are even adapting the rest of the novels and not like, 4-8 or whatever

anyway about my theory of the finale of this season finishing halfway through volume 6, does anyone know of a point in that volume that would be a good cliffhanger for next season? I haven't actually read the novels yet, a disgrace, I know

I assume it's going to be like what they did/doing with Fate/UBW

But I think I saw somewhere that drrrx2 isn't doing as well as the first season..

First season averaged 18k.

Second season cour 1 volume one sold ~3k blu ray and ~3k DvD so far.

Woah! So, they really planning to animate the whole first part of the novel. That's great!

Though, I hope that this first part should at least end up to the last part of volume 6! That would be the best cliffhanger for the upcoming 2nd cour!!!

It's not a matter of talent. It's a matter of will

12 episodes can't be enough, there is so much to explain and I am still confused by the story line. Why can it not be like 24-25 episodes, like the first season?

What, people actually didn't know there was going to be 3 cours? Lol. And some people are complaning about this season... I mean, over 3 cours, this is probably the warm up one. Relax, judge the series after all 36 or whatever episodes.

They could end this cour on a cliffhanger.
