| Both seasons they both got owened a lot since they seem to be side characters but I definitely enjoyed seeing them fight. And I think overall they should probably be portrayed a bit more formidable but from what I understand, in the Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA universe, Rin never fought in the Holy Grail Wars? |
| Since Iri and Kiritsugu stopped any Grail Wars ten years ago, Rin obviously couldn't participate in them, but unless the mangaka explicitly said this, Rin and Luvia are still the best magi from their families and should not be underestimated. It's just Bazett, who is specialised in taking out magi, who makes them look less formidable. |

They are still top of the line, the problem being that Bazett, both here and in FSN worlds is way way way way way way above that. Her job as Sealing Designation Enforcer is all about defeating rogue magi - if a few spells were to damage her, that would mean she would be really bad at her job. IF Rin put her full prana reserve to work she would manage to hurt Bazett once, if she catches her offguard(since Rin has output big enough to do that). But that's nearly suicidal and would leave her powerless so its pointless to do. | Luvia and Rin wondering about if Iri knows what she's in to. I don't think they truly understand who Iri is yet. And Bazett..nice entry. She got killed off in the original series, so we didn't see any meaningful interaction, but here she was able to how how badass she really is. I wonder why the butler did go into melee when Luvia immediately recognized Bazett as "close combat expert". Sure, he was kinda out of options, but what was the point? |

He tried to maintain a distance as long as possible, until he ran out of ammo. What else would you have done, if your task is to protect your lady, when you and her are cornered by the enemy? | Illya`s mother is so funny and awesome!! Even though it looks like she`s just fooling around..she does everything with a purpose.. But damn..this new character sure is skilled..to beat Luvia and Tohsaka to easy...she must be a formidable opponent.. -.- And yes! This arc finally begins!! I can`t wait to see more episodes from this hehe~ :3 |

| 4/5 Episode double face, nice the second part, but comedy lovers will also appreciate the first part. Narration hiding until the end of an ace is not indifferent, wow! Animations and designs that give the narrative a considerable hand in the second half, showing great care and the budget spent in the said TV series. I can not wait to see the next episode! |

| lol Illya's mom being a helicopter parent xD I wonder what happened to the school nurse...she was very suspicious, but we haven't herd from her for quite a few episodes now. So a new person comes, and it looks like bad news for Luvia and Rin. I hope they don't end up like Auguste :( |

| Amazing episode! The fight scenes are awesome! Bazett is great as well! Shame she didn't appear in the Fate Stay Night routes, did appear in Hollow Ataraxia. Can't wait for the next episode! |

| woof wtf this Bazett character seems strong as shit. So shes part of the church? Did the church just send in there ace or what? She took down two magus without being injured, bruh what protein bars does she eat in the morning tell me now ouch feels bad for Kuro and Illya, they got hit with the biggest wrong-place-wrong-time situation irisveil trying her best to be the caring mother she is, is so wholesome when remembering her story in zero. She's also treating Kuro as if she was her own child which is hella cute in my opinion. |

| first half is lighthearted fun with Irisviel watching her daughters at school. and that was a deliciously violent fight in the mansion. Is Bazett invincible to magic attacks? She got hit so much by jewels, but it's like they're throwing candy at her. also did not expect August the butler to be this badass.. although he is not enough to stop the enemy. |

| lol, some random battle.. Ok, I guess?.. Series could use more screen time for Miyu.. It seems next episode will be battle as well mostly.. Well, don't care too much until they give me reason to actually care.. Like some random dude/girl came?.. So what?.. Give me actually something, so that I'll care about this battle.. Overall, episode was strange, I guess.. First half mom stalking Illya and Chloe at school.. It's like to show that she cares about her daughters or something?.. Well.. You still haven't explained stuff to Chloe, really.. So kinda not too convincing.. And battle part which needs reason for me to actually care about it.. I guess we had at least one or 2 minutes of screen time for Miyu, on the other hand, which is nice.. But what was indeed like 2 minutes max.. ;D |
