| Destroy the town to defeat a couple of rogue spirits. I'm sure there's something wrong with that trade off. And indeed, it's explanation lies in the fact that Velsaria is the one that green-haired woman mentioned previously - the one who had taken the cursed seal. Throwing away her life. Throwing away her heart. All for the sake of defeating Ren Ashbell. AKA Kamito. Well, looks like she's got her chance. Even if she doesn't realise it. I wonder what Restia is planning, though... Some very nice scenes with Ellis this episode. |

| Dat hand grab doe... good job Kaito! I was sure Ellis was going to say that her sister changed after she was defeated by Ren Ashbell. Wow, power hungry Claire refused the power that the elf chick offered her when she remembered Kamito, I guess that's an improvement at least... Kamito got hurt once again trying to save someone, such a nice guy. It looks I was right about that elf girl giving them curse seals. Another annoying bish came in the person Versalia. FFS lol, how many more times is Kamito going to get knocked unconscious XD. Damn, a match against Versalia's team... Rinslet's such a tsundere :3 Kamito used his sex appeal to convince Rinslet to join their team and it looked like Claire was ready to give him the whip XD. I knew that Ellis would be invited to join their team, but it would rather interesting for them to fight Kamito as Ren Ashbell in the final battle lol. Restia-chan spotted :3 |

| The lack of Est made it for Ellis's cuteness. She's such a sweetheart. She'll definitely look great in a wedding dress. Just imagining it made my heart skip a beat. Good to see that team Scarlet is now complete. Rinslet blushing when Kamito grab her shoulders and close his face on her. Kyaa! She's so cute. Lol at Claire readying her whip from behind. Next episode preview doesn't look like a final episode. |

| I loved when Kamito was being all serious and everything, then Fianna just puts her breasts in his face. When Claire said that they were going to beat Ren Ashbell, I was like "But Ren Ashbell is on your team." Anyway, Restia seems to have a plan. I wonder what it is. I wonder if Restia is the "Dark Witch" that had something to do with Velsaria. Not much Est this episode :( Well, next episode looks more playful than action-packed, but maybe they are just hiding the action. |

| To me, Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance is a show that get's slightly better as it goes. There's a bit more to the characters than the stereotypes that they appear to be initially and I'm liking the development some of them are receiving. At this point, I can't say I find Claire annoying at all anymore(and I found her VERY annoying initially) and might even start to like her a little. Also liking Ellis she was shown to be more than that knightly chick whose whole personality seemed to be entirely eclipsed by her overwhelming sense of justice. It's hardly anything great or anything but it's better than I expected from these seemingly average harem, magic, school types of shows. Or maybe my expectations for such shows are just too low initially(low as in, "an average or slightly above average anime that can provide a little bit of fun", I drop these if I can't even get that much out of them)? At any rate, I hope there will be a 2nd season. |
| The main really is a masochist with the number of times he gets hurt it's almost like he does in on purpose like he enjoys pain, not to mention his choice in woman. They all seem very dominant towards him. Any case as suspected we won't be seeing the tournament it's even doubtful we will see the fight against Ellis aniue. Guess we are all of reading the LN after this. |

| As a previous poster said earlier, we have seen some development as this anime has gone along. While some of the plot is pretty conventional (mc is the only male who has the ability to enter into a combat role that is exclusively female--becomes the only male in a school/mech squadron/coven) and the female characters started out (with the possible exception of Est) as types rather than individuals, we are getting character development, and there is a discernible plot underlying it with arcs that make some sense. The girls' design is attractive, there's a bit of ecchi to pique some folks' (my) interest, the mc is neither hopeless nor oblivious to the girls' attraction, and the animation hasn't caused my eyes to bleed yet. This may be damning with faint praise, but I am looking forward to a second season. |

| Oh dear .. Clair is so damn annoying, I'm just glad that she made up with Kamito already because I couldn't have stand her silly whiny any longer. Ellis instead is waaaay waay better, too bad she isn't the main heroine, really .. too bad. Now I think everyone wants to see Elli's sister get beaten up by Kamito, she'd deserve it. |
