Surprisingly quiet here, then again not many people follow the novel I suppose.

I suppose I can start talking about the new volume but that would be getting too far ahead wouldn't we? ^^;

I suppose I can do that once the translation of Volume 3 is completed.

In any case,

According to Author's Note (I think) of Volume 9 Asu Random 1/2, the 10th and final volume will be published during 2013 Spring.

Just read the novel.
Novel already finish translating the last 4episodes that will be animated.

That's the only english tranlation you'll get. Even chinese translation doesn't have all the volumes. Best way is to read it raw if you do a bit of searching you can find the raw ones easily.

Can anyone confirm if there will be any more novels after this one? I've heard rumors about one additional short-story volume after the finale, but not sure about the sources.

If you mean that you finished the anime and the 4 extra episodes then there isn't really anything. They're all still currently being translated at https://baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Kokoro_Connect Have to wait for next chapter or LN to get translated.

Nearly 2015, how many have been translated? I was on wikipedia about Kokoro connect, and the light novel section was pretty barren after volume 2. Although Wikipedia is quite unreliable, It's been a good source of information for me for ages, so am I right in assuming only 2 or 3 novels have been translated and no more will be, considering it's been three years?

If I recall correctly, unofficial translation is up to Volume 4. Volume 5 isn't translated, while Volume 6 is. However, the quality of the translation decreases dramatically in the later volumes. So much it's almost unreadable. Not complaining though, since it's done by fans completely for free.
But judging from the pace, it'll be faster to learn Japanese and just read the original ones. Still not complaining, if it wasn't for these people we wouldn't even know about the light novels in the first place.

Guys, i m dying to read the rest of the story, how often do new chapters get released and why is the whole thing taking so long? Judging from the dates of the replies in this thread it seems like almost 3 years have passed by and very few content has been translated. Whats the deal with the whole thing? I need some info about it.
