I'm curious if there was any progress with Sakura and Nozaki's relationship after the first failed confession? Did she confess again? Are they together or not?

No romantic progress at all for practitcally every character of the manga. It's not that kind of series... It's more comedy-oriented.

Not really but the author kinda dropped subtle hints here and there. There are definitely scenes between Nozaki and Sakura where they arent for comedic purposes.

My fav so far in the manga is the summer festival triple 'dates' lol It shows the somewhat dates of the three main couples and Nozaki/Sakura's one is the cutest :D
