| I was able to make it to chapter 10 last time, only made it to 7 this time. The beginning was fun, and funny, but after a while it just gets pretty.. to put it in simple term, generic. The protagonist has to be the hero even though he's weak as trash, girls just flock to him for no reason at all even though he should be lame in their eyes, and the girls are mostly just fodder for fanservice. None of them did anything in the previous mission they were on, except for of course, the male protagonist. The big chest loli's bug didn't do crap, the flaming girl didn't even bring out her flame, the male protagonist at least tripped the dude and saved some people. And of course, every girls have to have a traumatic past or a difficult circumstances, so that we can go through their character arc. It's beyond cliche at this point. Dropped. ModusOperandi's review pretty much summed up how I feel about the series, and seeing it as it only has 27 chapters, I assume that the ending is pretty incomplete as well. |
