It's pretty much a given that Welsh is a dying language, I found it rather hard to learn in school, and as soon as I left I pretty much forgot all of it.
I guess that people living up in the northern / western areas are more likely to know Welsh seeing as the people up there speak it more than English, but sadly I live in the poor south east where it isn't so prevalent, nor is the accent.
So anyone speak Welsh?

I also found it exceedingly difficult to learn. I tried, but my efforts were futile... Woe is me. I'm from the South East as well and practically no one here speaks Welsh. I find it irritating how the language is forced upon us because it's a compulsory subject until you finish compulsory education.

I do still hope that the Welsh language lives on though because it's a good part of our culture... And it's funny to listen to xD
