| To me most if not all Studio Ghibli movies are overrated, they're good but not THAT good. |
| I gave it a 9 because I thought it was great and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's average score is 8.90 so I don't think it's overrated at all. This questioned can be asked about any anime. Disregarding trolls all anime get the score they deserve from each user. |

| I dont know. I rated it a 9 cause I really liked it. I love the artstyle I love how imaginative it is, I love the setting, I like the characters, its overall pretty great, and I plan on watching more ghibli movies cause I like the style. But there is nothing mindblowing about it, nothing really to make me think its an ultimative masterpiece or anything like that,for me its simply a really great show. So would I say it is overrated? Maybe a bit, considering MAL ratings, but then again I would say that about almost all anime in the top 30. |

| I like Ghibli movies well enough, like they are all good. Notice how I use the word "good" though. I give pretty much all of them around the 7 mark. This is the top 33% of anime I've watched, which is good and all, but I keep seeing people rating their stuff 10 all the time. I don't get that. I never really got the full appeal of Ghibli movies, it's like, ok, that was good, but nothing extraordinary. Kinda average in a sense. |

| I think it is overrated a tad but i enjoy it because of hos universal it is. Its just innocent enough so kids can enjoy but its just mature enough that adults can enjoy it too. Its not like Princess Mononoke which is aimed at an older audience. I think if you had a family or a friend and you wanted to jntroduce anime to them it would be an excellent place to start. But by no means is it a masterpiece. I think i gave it a 9 or a 10 but my personal enjoyment factors in when i rate something. |

| No I don't think it is. I think it's very good like most Ghilbi movies. Never are blown away though, never would put one in my favorites. Just something about their stories that just never appeals to me in the right way and their endings always feel off. |
