I'd like to add it wasn't a white kind of deal; rather I just hate to see confrontation. You are right about Satone being there only for developmental reasons on behalf of Rikka and Yuuta. I still find her character interesting though. |

| So far, this season, like the last manages to a): be funny, b): make me feel really nostalgic for some reason. After being disappointed with last season's ending, I am hoping there will be a clearer resolution from this one. At the end of last season, I was asking myself "Can Yuta really be in a satisfying relationship with Rikka? I couldn't, I'd feel like I were abusing a child...". I'm glad that this season addresses this issue, and I'm curious to see what happens next. (Rikka looks so mich better with no eye patch, but this is just wishful thinking...) I really like the new character. She's just as over-the-top as Rikka and Dekomori when in her chunni mode, but, unlike Rikka, she can act and think like a mature person when need be (as shown in the conversation at the end of the episode). I'd doubt they are going for the straight-up love triangle here, especially since Yuuta and Rikka are already a couple, but Yuuta might get some doubts he'll have to overcome somehow. By the way, Rikka feels like the most unlikable character this season, but I strongly suspect there will be some development for her coming along. |

| Hmm, I never thought I would say it but I am really thinking about dropping this. Those battles felt really unimaginative and everything is just bunch of fanservice scenes all over the place without any solid story to tie it together. Characters of the second season are parodies of first one and their personalities got butchered for the sake of sales. KyoAni is getting worse with each show since they went independent. And that nose touching? Man, how old are they, couldn't they kiss already? It's not even fun anyone. I really starting to hate Rikka if she stays in her chuunibyou any longer. |

The battles are decent imo. You have to figure how hard it is to manage them when Rikka's sis isn't around. Not only that but there isn't anyone else in the show to fight with. Satone helps with that and the continuation of Yuuta and Rikka's development of their relationship. I feel the first season was the characters running from who they actually are to now in the second season where they accept thats a part of them. Their relationship also is somewhat complicated in the fact that Rikka is not only shy but also quite introverted. Most people who're like this find themselves having a hard time holding good relationships. To each their own though I guess. |

| Seems Rikka has some though new competition and it's bound to create some tense moments in the anime and their relationship. Seems their fantasy is similar tho so they might end up as friends. Yuuta in the dress was great especially the moment Nibutani can walking it that look on her face really made my day and that the phone the take a photo. It was nice. |

That made me laugh a lot in S1 XD. What would you change from their battle scenes? I feel they gave Yuuta more scenes than in S1 which is good for character development (and Ishikki became Kenny...) but agree that Rikka feels...weird. Then again Yuuta wondered if her Chuunibyou is getting worse. If this wasn't a moe anime it could be something to be wary about like she was truly dellusional in the bad way, but I suppose here its for fanservice. Feel like another poster that wrote how a relationship with Rikka would make me feel like abusing a child :S |
| The new magical girl appeared in this episode and already became my favorite I was never a big fan of Rikka, always preferred more the Nibutani But now Shichimiya already became my favorite in the series she is kawaii too, and even having Chuunibyou seems much more mature than Rikka had taken it stays that way in the coming episodes .. ___________ A nova garota magica apareceu neste episódio e ja virou minha favorita nunca fui muito fã da Rikka, sempre preferi mais a Nibutani porém agora Shichimiya ja virou minha favorita na série ela é kawaii demais, e mesmo tendo Chuunibyou parece muito mais madura que a Rikka tomara que continue assim nos próximos episodios .. |

| Ahh the cliche random childhood friend/love interest .... Not really surprised but I do not like her personality I would have thought that after 3 years she would have gave up on him. But that is not the case in this crazy anime world. She is just there to make the Rikka x Yuta relationship progress faster and of course to create a love triangle causing all the drama and jealousy and Yuta being an idiot as expected of him. |

| YES, finally a series which shows that boyfriend who can crossdress into kawaii moe mahou shoujo is the best boyfriend, I was awaiting this! The best episode so far. Sophia-chan is uber cute, but I can't wait to see what's behind her delusions. Nose kisses were adorable (I feel tricked... twice though). First holding fingers, than after 6 months hands, now the new girl came an they are already touching each other faces! Unbelieveable, with that pace it'll soon turn into a hentai.
