| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that class trip went bad pretty quickly. Yea, didn't expect much from this series.. and didn't get too much from this episode. Animation wasn't very good, and neither was the soundtrack imo. Action wise there were some decent parts. Jack looked pretty cool when he cut that thing in half, but then he got stabbed. Giant gun was alright. That guy's laugh at the end was obnoxious lol. Didn't really like this episode much. But I'll continue to watch to see if this gets any better though. |

| Artwork felt kinda silly tbh but everything else did hold itself together. Idk, it kinda worked out in a way I guess...wasn't too big of a fan yet though. |

| Animation was a bit too messy. Not fond of a popular girl's voice. Story was fine. Overall, fine episode. Will stay for a bit more. |

| Any episode that ends with a mad teen firing her right arm-auto cannon while a 5 century-dead general laughs from inside her eyes can't be considered all bad... So far this is the most interesting start to the new season for me. |

| I loved the art work, specifically the great use of colour. Very old school. It won't be FLCL or anything but I think it will be pretty badass still. |

| Why are there so many wtf shows this season....... Nice to hear Tatsun in his only role this season as well as Zakki. The girl is kind of annoying :S but I'm an outcast like her so I can relate. ^^; But it's kind of stupid to try and save her friend when she's just a human. At least, now she has a weapon. |
| The use of colours was great and I didn't mind the animation. Still not sure how I feel about this an, I need to watch a few more episodes but I think it'll be okay. Out of both Nobunaga animes I like this one better. |
| Ok, so I loved the animation and colours used, ive seen better ones, but compared to those lame boring 10th century-look "Nobunaga The Fool" BORING animations I prefer this alot much, its captivating and it gets me worked up fast on its action fast-paced style, really enjoyed the episode, mostly the ending, at the beginning we're searching for clues as to what the anime is about, at first I actually thought of another Slice of Life lol |

| The animation was odd, to put it simply. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed that first episode and I'm looking forward to the second one. Glad to see at least one of the Nobunaga anime's started well. |
| Don't know why people are saying that the first episode of this anime was bad....but I think it was really great. :3 The starting wasn't as good as I expected, but once the action started, I was pumped! The art....I can deal with. The characters....they look cool. Yeah, I have a good feeling about this anime....can't wait for the second episode~! > W< |

| DAT OP and the chiptune/rock BGM. The alien thing looks like Kyuubey on steroids. MC is pretty badass and a military otaku so she knows her way around a weapon. |

| It looks pretty interesting so far, though the animation and art is decent but kind of weird in a sort of way. Well, I want to see more when she obtain that E-Gene Holder sphere like thing, and whats going on with that dream that she had in the beginning. Shio looks like a good character, especially at the end when she goes into a rampage mode. Good start of the show, can't wait for next episode. |

| loved everything about this anime so far. I'm really excited to see more. my girl and I watched it together and both instantly cried at the end for the next episode. lol the animation is awesome. I love the patterns and the colours. I like how it seems like it's bubble gum and lollipops but people are being squished and chaos is unfolding everywhere. just great! reminds me of Symphogear, Gatchaman Crowds, Kyousougiga and maybe Black Rock Shooter. |

| I wasn't very entertained until she transformed, and then hearing a "nobunaga" laughing and telling the girl to go crazy had my blood boiling. Okay so he didn't say "go insane and slaughter everyone", but it was still exciting. I expected more from a Jack the Ripper's reincarnation... At least it's not just another koihime musou. And it looks like Jack and Ghandi are men so it doesn't seem to be a harem. Famous people through history > Famous Chinese/Japanese people. I wasn't happy seeing Nobunaga the Fool + Nobunagun but it seems Nobunagun has a lot of potential to be different; and it's only reincarnation rather than completely becoming them. I'm hyped to watch more but not really satisfied. I like how they rushed us through the first episode giving us a basic layout to prepare from what is to come since they could've stretched all that out through 3-4 episodes if they were trying to milk money and that wouldn't be very good. I hope the episodes to come are quite different now that all the useless classmatescharacters can be rooted out. |

| damnnn haha. took a while to get started but by the end i really enjoyed that!! the art + animation are kind of a turn off for me but i liked the story and action :-) nobunagun is freakin' crazy lol. i love that expression xD |

| I was pretty entertained with this towards the 2nd half of the episode, and Ogura is my kind of chick, an outcast yet is well versed in military vehicles and weaponry, I can see her being a badass later on in the series. And Nobunagun was pretty hilarious with that insane laughter, I'm sticking with this show to see how the rest of it will go. |

| People seem to be hating this, but I'm fucking liking it. For one, kaiju are my shit, so hopefully there'll be lots of big fellas like in most of this episode. Her voice is the kinda shit I fucking like to hear, somehow feels more real and down to earth to me. Another complaint I see is the soundtrack, which was, yeah, a bit lacklustre... Until that fucking ED, dammmmnnnn, gonna buy that one. The art wasn't amazing, obviously, but people are calling it bad? Seriously? Come on now. It's fine, and the colours are great. I'm not sure how to rate it yet, or how it's going to turn out, but I think the next 13 weeks are gonna be some good shit with this show. |

| Art style's a bit weird, especially with those flowery things and the colorings in the second half of the episode. Also all those labels were kinda annoying. Good episode, though, really fun and way better then I expected it to be. |

| Hmm Shio's VA is a rookie, that explains the lack of...well it just felt lacking. Animation isn't that good (dare I say low budget?). But you know what, I enjoyed this more than Nobunaga the Fool which is far superior in art and animation (imo). At least this one's easier to follow haha. The yuri field generated by Asao and Shio was very strong. Didn't even need to wear my goggles. |

| Why do the CR subs call the MC "Sio" when her name is clearly "Shio"? Not only is there not even a Si sound in Japanese, you can clearly see her name spelled in Hiragana on the clipboard before she gets on the bus. Some editor needs to get his eyes/ears checked. |
| I didn't expect to but I actually liked this, the animation quality isn't the best thing ever but this really has some potential. Will keep watching to see where this goes. |

| Loved the art direction for this show, animation while clunky showed shows a lot of wonderful facial expressions. Not my usual cup of tea but I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, definitely watching the rest. |
