| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The new OP is so manly and fabulous. But I still find SAMURAI ROCK slightly better. It will take me awhile to like it. Lol, Kanetsugu as a kid. So Mosuke and Kanetsugu knew each other since they were kids. Otani "The benevolent man" looks pretty interesting as a new character. That manly moment between Tokugawa and Otani. What .. Keiji just spoiled to us that Otani and the rest of Hideyoshi's pawns will die in Sekigahara? ... The new ending is indeed good but, the first one is unbeatable imho. |

| I like the first opening a lot better but this new one is good. I love the new ending theme it's so beautiful but Ed 1 was definitely more epic. I thought it was cool kanetsugu and mosuke knew each other way back when. |
| The first opening has some really cool visuals (the flames and petals there are pretty much the best animation in the whole series, damn) and I really love the song, but I still prefer Samurai Rock. The new ED barely holds a candle to the old one though. But that flashback, oh my God. It just had to be Kanetsugu in his memory, didn't it? Gosh Kanetsugu, you were a shit then and you're a shit now. A loveable shit, but still. |
