| I've developed a phobia of these self-evaluation episodes after watching Evangelion, and Shinji gets a lot of credit for that. Renton's in his shoes now. The swimming-in-a-toilet part was rather funny, though |

| I too felt a NGE vibe from this ep. What is up with the Nirvash? Is it a complete mecha or a organic being like an Evangelion. Something tells me it's the latter. Not a big fan of the dream sequence so I hope everything gets explained in the later eps. |

| Being an NGE lover myself, I actually liked the dream sequence BUT I must say the episode felt short of what I expected especially after such a big cliff hanger. Again, I liked the dream sequence, especially from how they portrayed the dream as being one of those confusing dreams where stuff keeps happening and we dont get what we are dreaming but oh well we keep dreaming it anyway. However, if it weren't for the Gekko vs Military aerial ship fight, I would have been bored out of my mind in some parts. But I think that I am unconsciously starting to dislike Renton due to the fact that he seems to be becoming quite the Shinji clone. Dream sequence inside Mecha, check. Seeing a family member while inside the Mecha they are piloting: check. Activating some uber secret Mecha power the first fight they pilot it: check (though admittedly Renton wasn't piloting it, just inside the co-pilot cockpit). Failed attempt at kissing the girl they fancy while said girl was distracted/unaware: check. And aparently both pilot living beings disguised as Robots (if the black LFO is the same as Nirvash, and the black LFO is obviously biological, then Nirvash is biological). I just hope I don't see someone getting crucified in this series. |

It unnecessarily muddies the waters and feels like the storyteller couldn't find a better way to tell it. I'm not saying I need everything spelled out for me, but don't jumble a sentence around just for dramatic effect. Completely agree :/ dream sequences aren't my thing and this one particularly made my head hurt and I did not enjoy it at all. So while they were dreaming, they were also speaking out loud so that people can hear them, which I find really weird because people don't really sleeptalk continuously like that. But it's probably because of the situation they were in. |

| I somewhat enjoyed this episode, the dream sequence was quite interesting. And for Pete's sake, stop comparing this to Evangelion. First I have to put up with people complaining about Evangelion similarities in Rahxephon and now this. :s |

| Man, these were some Evangelion level shenanigans... I didn't understood what the fuck happened and where they were. But is it or the cloud at the end looked a bit like that Grand Barrier they saw in the space. The lieutenant sure is a big-mouthed brat. But he seem to deeply care about Anemone, especially with what the preview said. What I guess is that both Anemone and Eureka while be unconscious, so Renton will have to leave with the Nirvash by himself. Also, that crusier fight was really fucking stressing. They were really losing the fight until the very end. Can't believe that Hilda and co managed to make it out alive. Their deathflags were bigger than the sun. |

| What the fuck was that dream sequence? Don't tell me that Nirvash is Renton's sister... Very nice to see Renton opening the fridge again LMAO. Also, the battle between the ships was kind of unimportant though, since it ended in a stalemate. |
| I don't like Evangelion and I definitely did not like this episode with that whole dream sequence with Renton, Anemone and Eureka feeling more like a gimmick to make it seem bold with its storytelling but come across as just plain wacky for the most part. Renton's dream sequence wasn't even that interesting or twisted. It just felt boring and the emotional tension this episode tried to raise, fell flat instead. Just when the previous episode was good and the show was gaining some momentum, this came crashing back to Earth. |

| As someone who hasn't watched Evangelion (yet) I'm not sure what's so bad about E7 becoming like Eva. Well, aside from the organic mechas, that stuff's crazy >_> I actually kinda liked the dream sequence this episode. I can relate to the fear of an endless row of bathroom stalls. Where's the wall?? Also, I know why the military group wanted to go to the Coralian cloud, but I don't remember the motive of the Gekko State team going there. 😅 Waiting for Eureka and Anemone's origins to be revealed. |
