| hello and thank you all for coming this is the office of the admins who will serve and protect this RP with their minds and respected powers/experiances, lets get down to some rules shall we 1: uphold the rules on the technical thread 2: never change the rules unless editing to make clearer/adding 3: head admin has final say (me) so all decisions that require major deciding's will be companied by yours truly 4: admins can enrol new candidates IF they ensure that the player has followed the rules and is fair (e.g. the monster girl generator choice, back story, strengths weaknesses) and I would like that to be a majority vote from all online admins so it is looked over thoroughly 5: each admin gets their own "manager/teacher" of certain threads like dorm manager, teacher, spooky forest girl, preist, lake keeper, bar tender (please add picture to 1st post of each thread to show your manager, place them in a spoiler tag) 6: new rules will be discussed on the technical thread before approval 7: all higher matters will be addressed to me either on this thread by one of you or PM me and I will respond ASAP 8: ok I can't think of any more right now but you guys can contribute a lot and suggest thing that might make things easier on us/others, I'm not the best but I will do what I can when I can and maintain this with your help so that one day we can all be equals in a greater RP were I can throw away this higher arch of admin and that we all might be "head" admins, until that day I will lead this A-Team (soon to be Mass effect team) through what hell we'll go through and come out hero's that is all |

| Suppose we have to decide who has the responsibility for certain areas, and maybe a nice title to boot. 'Cause if we all have overall responsibility only, problems in one area might be solved rather slowly. Though, i'm not saying we should only focus on that area, but it might solve some issues. |
