Admin Jobs: GRAPHIC REQUEST MAKER: Claim requests that people make in the Graphic Request thread and make their request for them How Many Needed: At least 5 Payment: 5 points per graphic, 1 point for every 'Thank you' you get for a job well done. Requirements: At least a little experience in making graphics. Lots of availability, and visual aids (examples) are needed to get the job CONTEST MANAGER: Create many, enjoyable contests! Any kind will do -- Graphic creating contests, Fanfiction contests, Guessing contests... etc How Many Needed: Around 3 Payment: 3 points per contest created. If multiple people help you, each of you gets 3 points extra. If you did the contest all by yourself (excluding making the prizes) then you get 5 points extra Requirements: Ideas of contests you may do and lots of availability. No copying other contests and lots of originality CARD MAKERS: Create cards for members -- simple How Many Needed: Around 2 or more Payment: 5 points for creating cards. 2 point for each different card template you made. 1 point for each card you've given to the members. Requirement: Decent, appealing cards that people enjoy. Must be able to read the text on your card and must not be generated through the internet (worst type of quality through there). The thread for requesting the cards must always be open. It can be temporarily closed but not forever unless you are retiring your job as an admin. You can temporarily close the topic whenever you like, but you can not keep it closed for too long. Provide examples BANNER/USERBAR MAKER: Create banners and userbars for the club! How Many Needed: 1 or 2 is enough Payment: 3 points for each banner/userbar you make Requirements: Decent, eye-appealing graphics. Must be able to read the text on your banners and you must write 'AV Request' somewhere on your banner. Additional, optimistic messages are gratefully welcomed. Provide examples. Affiliating Manager: Request to affiliate our club with others to advertise! How Many Needed: As many as possible Payment: 2 points everytime another club accepts your affiliate request Requirements: Availability. Remember, you only receive your points if the other club accepts your request to affiliate. An additional thread will be created for you to prove that you've asked for this club to affiliate with you. You must update the club with the affiliates as well. Layout Maker: Create layouts for the club, and only the club. No graphic requesting stuff How Many Needed: 1 or 2 is enough Payment: 15 points for each layout, bonus 8 points if you make pretty moving images and bonus 1 point everytime someone praises you for good work Requirements: Layout making past. Must be good quality, must be readable, and must of spent lots of time and work into the layout, and you must have lots of pride in it. Provide lots of examples Club Updater: Update different things in the club, such as the Points Bank. How Many Needed: Around 3 or more Payment: 1 point per day, bonus 2 points if you create threads and such Requirements: Lots of time and BBCode prior knowledge ~~~~~~~~~~*~~~~~~~~~~ Officer Jobs: Newsletter Sender: Send out the newsletters given out by the club to the subscribers, simple, but require time How Many Needed: Currently, any amount Payment: 3 point per newsletter sent out, therefore -- if you sent 5 newsletters, you get 15 points. Requirements: Time, Patience and lots no laziness! Every person you were assigned to requires to receive the newsletter in their comments! Tracker: Someone who looks over comments and forums to make sure that everyone is acting appropriately and kindly to each other. If any abuse, harassment or assault is spotted, it's your job to alert the creator or one of the admins How Many Needed: Around 3 maybe Payment: 1 point per day, extra 5 points if you report someone fairly Requirements: Knowledge about innapropriate behaviour, and the will to do something about it Format for Application: Username: Job: Position Standing: (Admin // Officer) Previous Work and Examples: Availability: Optional Questions: Optional Comments: Optional |
