| I believe I can say this without spoiler tags now: ACNOLOGIA IS COMING. And to think some people thought this arc would have a happy ending. In fact, to think they actually thought the arc ended with the previous episode! Also, this scene from one of the manga chapters this episode was based on, if you're not in the mood for imagining things: Oh, and Hades is dead. Are you happy now? |

| Damn it, the end pissed me off. Why couldn't we get to see it before the episode ended D:!!. For once I'm feeling a huge cliffhanger x-x! from the anime...That never happens, only in the manga. |

| Even though Zeref seemed kinda bad he looked really hot o_o The scene between Cana and Gildart was really adorable. Even Laxus was kind of funny~ I can't wait for the next episode XD |
| Acnologia,just get your ass on that island already.Also,they managed to deal out Ultear's suicide better than I thought they would,as a matter of fact,this whole arc managed to handle severe wounds and deaths really well lately. |

| Lol yeah those who don't follow the manga, only the anime get ready to be SHOCKED to your core. Even me who doesn't read fairy tail in general, I thought it was one of the most unexpected ways to end an anime arc. eva. |
| Next episode is the end of the S-Class Arc. ;). It's definitely surprising. It suxs that we won't get to see the next arc for a while. Because they are heading into fillers...there was a Fairy Tail event in Tokyo that announced his early February... I saw this on a blogger's post. |

| The very beginning had me dying when Makarov declared a new dress code for the women in Fairy Tail. It was the way he was bouncing around while he was announcing it(voice acting too) while recieving Erza's approval at that. lol @ Wendy hiding behind a tree afraid to approach laxus who's busy pulling Lisanna's cheek and padding her head to see if she's real. And the Gildarts/Cana part was the highlight for me. Very well done. Next episode looks serious. |

| Exposition time! Seems the keys weren't real...well that was a let down. So Zeref learned the value of life and lived on the island knowing it, but then Grimoire Heart came and made him forget so thats why when he destroys the world it's because of them. Zeref, you've got some issues. You don't have to do this. You could try to be nice again. You did it for the past 400 years. Ultear and Meldy part: Pretty bland. The usual "i'm going to kill myself to make you happy!" "But if you die i'll never be happy!" Seems sword to the chest doesn't do much damage in Fairy Tail, kinda like when Gray got a chestful of Icemake on the Galuna Island arc. Fairy Tail humor bits were funny. Especially gramps and Erza just nodding in agreement. And a convenient spring of healing for the girls...i'll allow it... And the Gildarts and Cana's talk was pretty damn emotional. With a bit of humor when Gildarts starts counting all his girls. It was pretty damn good. And it ended with what i would have wished it to end: with Gildarts and Cana going together on jobs. I was also hoping she would still have the Fairy Glitter spell so Gildarts could help her master it, but in the future it would have become a pretty big plothole so i'll allow it. Good work Mashima. Good work. |

| Now we know why Gildarts takes so long on his jobs. He's probably simply rushing through, killing some monster or whatever, and then enjoying the celebrations in the next town, where he meets the next woman. When they find out he's always doing that, they chase him off, so he returns to Fairy Tail..takes then next job.. Also, the dress code. If they have healing herb spring only for girls, it's only fair they have to run around in swim wear. Or as nurses. I bet Erza would have protested if it was only swim wear.. but as a nurse? No problem. We saw that in the episode before ;) And this episode really tried to be tear-jerking. There were more touching episodes before, they kept it somewhat in balance now because of the changing between funny and tragic moments. And Hades finally got what he wanted - a world of great magic. Only a split second before Zeref blasted him to hell, but i'm sure he was able to see it on his way to there.. Now i wonder, apparently we have 3 episodes left in this arc...i didn't expect that much time for what is coming, but maybe they'll show a bit more of the festivities first? |

| I was quite happy with how they did this episode in comparison to the manga. I was almost disappointed with the Gildarts scene because he wasn't on his hands and knees counting, but then when he started a second list, he was. That made me quite happy as that was a hilarious scene in the manga. And now, we have our finale of the season coming our way. I'm really wondering how they're going to do this. |

| At first, couple of episodes backwards, when they told Cana's story and why she joined the guild, I thought to myself: nah, there's no way he wouldn't recognize his own kid. He probably knows it and at the point when she tells him the truth, he'll be all like 'yeah, I knew all the time, but I wouldn't want to burden you with the fact that your father is the strongest member of the guild...', etc. It came like a shock to me when I saw that scene. It was so touching, I actually shed a tear. |

| Good episode. I'm quite out-of-touch with all who found the Gildarts+Cana scene touching - I found it to be highly cheesy; 'your mum was the only one I loved', honestly, that's like a tacky melodrama line. :P Also, being that Cana's mum was married to Gildarts, was unhappy with his career and got off whilst pregnant keeping her gob shut, I just though 'What a selfish woman! Never expect anyone to change for you'. But I'm a psycology buff, so that's how I see the situation. ;) The only thing that I found 'cute' about this ep' was laxus and his awkward nature. Bored with the Zeref set-up and dissapointed at the death of Hades (and Zancrow) - when will writers ease off shoving super powered bishi's with no personalities, reserved back stories and the ability to patronise hard working, less attractive*, older* characters, in our faces; in order to attract fanbases who (speaking of some) just like what they see? |

| I think it skipped my memory last episode or maybe a couple more episodes back, but why did Urtear bring the Tanrou Tree back to it's original state anyway? Did she had a final change of heart? O_o At first, I thought Gildarts already knows but it seems he doesn't really know. LOL Was that the shadow of a giant dragon or something? Maybe Acnologia is connected with the dragons or their disappearance? |
