Wow, 13? That's more than / close to half the number. I could probably ask an insider what specifically are being licensed, but I'll go with my assumptions:

BRS (2012) - licensed, but maybe not CR (perhaps the same licensor as OVA?)
Area no Kishi - CR^
Shin Tennis no Ouji-sama - CR^
Natsume Yuujinchou Shi - CR^
Tantei Opera Milky Holmes Season 2*
Senhime Zesshou Symphogear - CR
Brave10 - licensed, but maybe not CR (instead by niconico.com)^
Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou - licensed, but maybe not CR (instead by niconico.com?)
Ano Natsu de Matteru - CR^

The number may also include 1 or 2 Drama simulcasts, which they have gotten into recently.

Not personally a huge fan of LN adaptations, but I don't think I can resist a name like "Bodacious Space Pirates". That does indeed have campy goodness written all over it.

Moretsu Pirates is the anime I'm looking forward to most next season (Symphogear a close second). I'm glad CR gets shows like this (I use them sometimes) even though a lot of people hate them.

Wow, my guess on the shows they are licensing/licensed is almost 50%. Only a few shows still remain to be aired and thus have a chance to be licensed, they are the following:

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, Aquarion Evol, Another, Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai!, Thermae Romae (doubtful), Zero no Tsukaima F (doubtful), Black Rock Shooter 2012 (doubtful).

Only three slots are remaining, and if they are anime, it shall be three from any of the first four above. All other un-aired anime I have not listed are either licensed by other providers or may not provide any financial gain in their revenue due to the nature of the anime and the length.

I heard that Daily Lives of Highschool Boys was from TV Tokyo and we have gotten all the simulcasts from them so that is most likely one of the last three to be announced I hope and Milky Homes 2 is another one that will definetly added too.

The third one could be anything probably a joint simulcast with Sentai of Inu X Boku SS. Or maybe they will surprise us with Another?

It isn't unknown for them to add another one or two stealth series after filling everything else out, just fyi. I'm still expecting Another and Milky Holmes before anything else. Not sure what else to expect. Lagrange is the only one already being simulcasted by someone else.

Still hoping for Daily Lives of Highschool Boys to be the next announcement.

Yeah, but weren't those delayed announcements? Like the Digimon series it was I think around 8~10 episodes in when they got it.

Some, but not all. Even this time around, when the lineup page was originally updated for this season there were only 13 slots instead of the 14 slots we see now. I'm not saying we should be expecting any more than what we see, just that it might happen.
