| Interesting idea. In the end, her own heart became one of those for rent, huh? And probably available for rent for a longer time (8 days and 7 nights), because she went way overdue. I wonder if those other "DVDs" are also the hearts of former customers... |

| Great concept, but unfortunately poorly delivered. 4/10. Her progress to instanty was forced and unrealistic with the pacing, mindset and her expressions. The result of everything getting worse from desperation was lame and lackluster as well with how she starts stealing and bullies tell on her mom while giggling outside when the mother finds out. While the ending is a bit confusing... Everyone or most people can be rented somehow, and I guess she's now being controlled by the company forever which is punishment for the late fee. Overall, even the store owner comes off a bit too forced smirking all the time. |
