Epi 3 - Ramlak Rising

After escaping their destroyed city with the Sword of Omens, the team encounters the Fishmen, who sail the quicksand sea in search of a massive sea creature. The ThunderCats’ quest is to find the Book of Omens … but Lion-O is more interested in revenge on Mumm-Ra.
What if the Hokey Pokey is what it is all about?

I was hoping for better writing than this. I mean, being mad and focused on revenge =/= buying into the revenge obsessions of others. And the whole idea of a moral lesson learned in one episode is just the kind of mis-aimed-at-kids stuff that drove me to watch Voltron and Robotech instead of American cartoons.

From what I've been watching from anime, I would have liked to have seen this revenge edge continue for a few episodes for a battle with Mumm-Ra, Lion-O getting his ass kicked again, then having him decide to actually change his plan and look for the Book of Omen instead.
