| Why do I keep watching this series? -_- I hate this lovey-dovey... D; Well shoujo anime... I actually hope that Hijikata dies at the end. He can go to place where his friends are. Chikage keeps me going XD And Saitou if he's alive. |
| Nooo, Kazama don't stray from the oni path. D; Nooooooooo. I too wish for a hint of potential Kazama x Chizuru in the end, but I don't really see that happening. *Kazama should get what he wants! o-o From the sound of Chizuru's voice in the preview it sounded like she was either crying 'cause Hijikata is dying, or she herself is dying. I think the former is more likely. Can't believe there's only one episode left. X_x Short season that's really been filled with mostly depressing deaths. |
| After the building romance between Chizuru and Hijikata, are the producers seriously going to kill Hijikata according to history? If it does happen, this series will be an epic fail in my opinion. All I'm hoping for right now is a good ending, plus this episode was emotional and I felt so sad for both Hijikata and Chizuru. They lost a lot, like seriously killing Hijikata would be cruel... This episode made me cry too... |

| i agree with NorikoW....they can't kill Hijikata even if he died in real....he can die later after he had a happy life with Chizruru....the two of them suffered so much together....don't they deserve a little peace??? I so want a happy ending!!! and of course i wouldn't mind seeing a kiss scene T_T.... P.S. i wanted to trow my Pc out the window when i found out that there are only 10 episodes....I expected at last 12....sigh....i realized that my pc hadn't done anything wrong....what so ever i need it to watch The last EPSIDOE!! They better make it epic....T_T |

| Great episode. This series has been good and I've enjoyed every bit it, even the sad parts with my favourite characters (Like all of them!) getting killed off. I'm glad Hijikata's finally being honest with himself and Chizuru, and they got reunited (not that they were really apart that long). Oni and Hijikata getting a final face off next episode. I hope it's a good battle. I don't really care if Hijikata dies or not if they put enough emotion into the scene with Chizuru and make the battle great. |

I really liked the first season, but this second season has been going downhill for me since they started killing people off left and right. I wish they'd both just turn around and blade Chizuru, really. And speaking of Chizuru, why is she still dressed as a boy? I mean, is it really necessary? Everyone knows she's a girl now, and I don't think anyone's going to make a big deal of it anyway with all hell breaking lose, so at least dress her up nice. Pretty please? At least she could look half decent while being useless! The romance in this episode was... I don't know. I thought it would be better than this, but I'm just not feeling any of it for some reason. I think I'm still just pissed off about everyone being killed. :( |

| OMG it looks like Hijikata will die in the final episode! Not him too, we've lost everybody else already OTL I really liked the romance moments, it made all their suffering a little bit lighter... <3 |

| I quite liked this episode. The moment where Hijikata and Ootori were discussing Chizuru was hilarious (or something like that xD) I haven't seen the last (WHAT? Over already?) episode, yet, but if they stay true to the actual history, what they more or less did, beside the Oni/Rasetsu part, the ending is going to be so depressing. DX (not that this season hasn't been depressing so far. -sigh-) And if anyone is interested in at least one good newsfact: |

| When Kazama met with Chizuru I thought "Now's the time for you to kidnap her since Hijikata isn't around" but he's only there for a chit chat. Actually, I've been hoping for him to kidnap her since the first season. Hijikata kinda confessed to Chizuru in front of Ootori didn't he? How adorable! If they're really going to kill Hijikata... I'll be speechless. Chizuru changed into her western clothes... finally. I've been waiting for it to happen but it happened on the last two eps. What about Kazama? Don't tell me he'll wear it on the last eps? |
