I agree, I'm sure he could beat kenji but with his personality he lost. After the loss he realized kenji's improvement and decided not to continue the fight because kenji is a very promising figure. Was that last punch bajiquan? It seems he learned quite a bit during his stop, but still no clues as to the whereabouts of his grandfather. |

---------------------- Chapter 10 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- So that old man wasn't as bad as we all thought him to be. That is pretty strange, I'd like to know the real life specifics about that spinning thing he was talking about. It seems he finally has a lead on his grandfather and is even more experienced in fighting now. What will be his next challenge, will he find his grandfather before these 21 volumes are up? |

Wise old men always hide something. XP Remember when the laoshi said 'that 'insertname' sent someone'. I bet he knew the secret and so does the grandma (obviously). Spinning basically increases your force by momentum is what me thinks. Initial amount of energy needs to surpass the attack by the time it's in contact to negate it and the momentum will do the rest. The body spin thing he did when in contact with Kenji certainly needed more energy to perform than coming in contact while performing the move. |

************************ Volume 17 ************************ ---------------------- Chapter 1 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- Ok, I think I understand it a little better though this might require some research :O. It seems Kenji has finally found an 8 year old lead. I think he might learn that martial art that is taught only to those born of that culture. Kenji finds ways of making people like him. :D |

I understand if Kenji manages to learn Shaoolin kung fu, but I seriously doubt Tony getting through to the Hui people. But whatever, to rival Kenji anything would be made to happen in the manga, eh? |

---------------------- Chapter 8 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- The answer must've been those five things or rules taught to Kenji by his grandpa before he started training as a kid. |

Even if they were, that is extremely hard... Not only the strength required but the balance and concentration. I guess that's why its a form of meditation. ---------------------- Chapter 9 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- Is he learning anything from that guy?? Why is that guy who stole Kenji's letter still around and how could Kenji react so slowly when he ran by him... |

************************ Volume 18 ************************ ---------------------- Chapter 1 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- So Kenji is saved as expected. This guy is really annoying, can fools like them really have trained those things like iron shirt and that deadly blow thing? |

Well, I don't think martial arts training at some criminal organisation really have to do with someone's level of intelligence. lol |

Fair enough, but think of it this way. Criminals steal because that's the only way they can get money? Why? Generally because they didn't get a good education, Why? Probably because they were lazy in school. So generally criminals or "bad people" are not people who would spend time to master something. Unless of course he had some other intention that was actually good but only seems bad to Kenji. But when I see that guy he looks like a "prick". |

---------------------- Chapter 2 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- Can't believe I didn't think of that way of training. I've always trained that way myself, if you wear very heavy items and are able to do your training as good as you did without them, you take them off and you'll have improved drastically. Its a good method because your body gets used to the weight very easily if its there all the time. If however you stop training you will lose it over time. |

Right if you stop or not utilise that strength. Peoples before technology had good body because they did not train, but actively use their strength in farming, fishing, hunting, etc. Training only recreates that effort. Did you notice that only Shaoling kungfu is the only kungfu shown in the manga to be using items for training? |

Very true, and no I didn't notice that I wonder why.. ---------------------- Chapter 3 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- So 3 different people learning 3 different things. Kenji seems to be improving very fast I'm sure by the next few chapters all the time will go by and they will all have semi-mastered their training. Wonder what will happen next however... |

Kenji will always win, no matter what. Though it did look like that guy underestimated him and got surprised by that blow. I wonder if he tumbled down the cliff with the second guy... |

Lolz ************************ Volume 19 ************************ ---------------------- Chapter 1 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- Volume 19, nice cover. He was pole-vaulting over those guys that was awesome. It seems his fuh meh training (fast step or something) proved to be useful. Was that girl about to confess or something? He'll probably ask later and she'll be like.. "Oh nothing..." *smiles* |
Oct 28, 2010 9:22 AM

Yeah, I bet it was a confession, though I doubt I saw anything since they met worth falling in love over. Well I'm no girl, so I'll stop speculating. Next fight after a hill tumble. Wonder how he'll get something to eat. |

---------------------- Chapter 4 Discussion Starts Here ----------------------- Now THOSE were some AWESOME fights :D I can't wait to see the last fight, will he fight?! (I have a feeling he might run rofl) But after destroying the rest of em he will probably fight and be taken to the top of the mountain. What awaits him there? |
