| And this is where anime is different from manga - Elda's backstory was totally different (but well, this could happened to her sometimes in history, that's true). But now if she drinks Usui's blood, will he forget about Karin? And how is it possible that Elda walk around during daytime? |
| Damn that ending of that backstory was rather sad! Well this episode sure was great, and well I do hope she won't suck Usui's blood and make him forget about Karin! |

| I'm so glad they fleshed out Elda's back story. I already liked her, but I have a better appreciation for her now that I know her tragic history. |

| what a tragic backstory. elda had to sacrifice something so dear to her and suffer the pain because of her affinity. she definitely has the most difficult affinity to deal with out of the rest. if maaka had elda's affinity it would be a whole lot more trouble than she is having now |
