Whatever subjective comment you read, I suggest you to check out the gender and of the commentor. The correlation is real-significant for Queen's Blade's case. Or maybe I should say this genre. When reading the comments on story, one should keep in mind that this's a fighting genre anime. People who go say "story is crap" should be saying even worse about Yu Yu Hakusho (which is rated 8.31 by ~15K users), assuming they're objective and consistent --which only means they don't like the genre itself. As for my comment, I think it's great. The story isn't crap at all, I had my share of fun and never got bored. It the best ecchi fighting anime I've seen so far (non-concluded story and toned-down ecchiness of Tenjou Tenge made it lose some points), and since I love the genre, I loved the anime. |

| I kinda liked this anime. Too many big boobs though ehh. Fanservice is fine and all. But what? Size of boobs=Power? Or what? I was thinking a 6ish but it took me awhile to finish just these small amount of episode. I did like some things. But a lot I didn't. Maybe S2 will be better. Wasn't bad or great. So 3rd option I think. |

| It's no where near as bad as some people say it is. Then again that doesn't mean it's good. It's a decent Ecchi series that doesn't try to be anything more than what it's presented as. I found it entertaining, although some of the characters where a bit too ridiculous even for me. Talking about the Blacksmith woman.... It really boils down to whether or not you are the type of person that finds half naked women offensive. If you can get past that, it's not too bad. The highlight of the series is definitely in the second season though. So if you can get through the first part and enjoy some of it. You will probably like the second season. It's not fanservice if the whole point of the series is to show half naked women. That's like complaining about people being naked in a porno. |
