Jigoku Shoujo? or Tsuchin?

Lately in this season Hell Girl is being called Jigoku Tsuchin. Why is that? The first two seasons, if I remember correctly, she was called Jigoku Shoujo. Is Tsuchin another word for girl?

Jigoku Tsushin == Hotline to Hell

Those unsuspecting people were only gossiping and referring to the website which can summon the Hell Girl since those who have met her never seem to talk about her.

I know her name is Enma Ai, but from the translations, "Jigoku Shoujo" means "Hell Girl." In seasons 1 and 2, they always said "shoujo," but now it's always "tsushin." I was just confused why they referred to Ai as "tsushin," but as Nayah mentioned, they were referring to the website.
