Not too sure about it, but i do fancy wine in food ever since getting older. i used to despise it when i was younger, though already in my teens.

WIsh i knew when and how and which wine to use for cooking. It adds a powerful flavour. i usually end up using too much and ruining whatever i cooked and whatever tasted good, before i got the idea of adding wine ;-)
