Nothing has been announced about it yet....but since the manga is still going on, one can hope. If they have third season I wish it would focus more on the other two couples rather then Usami and Misaki lol.

Same here...I'm so damn annoyed by season 2, only two episodes for Hiro and Nowaki, what the hell?

Yea really one can only take so much of Misaki's annoying attitude of I don't love you, or don't touch me Usagi! I really wanted to reach through the screen and strangle him...

You are so mean! I absolutelly love Misaki/Usami couple. They're so cute! And because of the fact that Misaki was always avoding to say "I love you", it made the moment when he said it for the first time so utterly heartbreaking. I think my eyes went as wide as Usami's back then.

hahah yeah I totally agree with you ^.^

but if there's going to be a 3rd season I hope they will show more of the other 2 couples, especially the junjou terrorist one :3

When you think about it... Out of a total of 24 episodes over the two seasons, Egoist only got 5 episodes and Terrorist only got 3. So yeah.... I agree with everyone else that there needs to be more episodes in season three about those two couples. However, it IS called Junjou ROMANTICA - which is the title for the Usagi/Misaki pairing. So, on the other hand, it makes sense that the episodes mostly revolve around them.

JR was a rather popular anime in Japan. The DVDs sold through the roof when they came out. So it would be kinda stupid for them NOT to do a third season of the anime. There's probably enough material from the manga right now to do one, but maybe they're waiting a while so they can do another two seasons (sort of like how they did the first time)... and that might take a while. From what I understand, the publication in which the manga chapters appear only comes out once every three months. But that was way back when the series first debuted, so maybe they're coming out more often, now.

At any rate... we can probably look forward to a third season. It's just a matter of time. (One of the seiyuus - I think it was Takahiro Sakurai - even hinted at another season in an interview he did shortly after the second season finished airing.)

I personally love seeing Usagi and Misaki but I will agree that they didn't give the other couples nearly enough screen time. Hopefully there will be more! I went through this series far too quickly and I'm not ready for it to be done.

Well, if you hadn't all heard, there is a series called Sekaiichi Hatsukoi coming soon, which was written by the same mangaka as Junjou, so who knows? maybe a cameo or two from some of the other characters

Our prayers have been answered! :D They announced a new anime adaption for Junjou Romantica! It doesn't say if it's going to be a 3rd season, ova, or a remake but lets cross our fingers!

Wooo!! I'm so happy that they're doing a 3rd Season just because they left out quite a lot of manga chapters compared to Sekaiichi Hatsukoi
