Chama refuses to get kidnapped... unless you give him itaraki!

I don't know much about those particular sweets -- which the show calls those "itaraki" -- but those look like dorayaki, but with wafers instead of dough. I can't seem to get results and it seems "itaraki" might've beeen exclusive to the series. Idk.

Today's phrase is tough to translate: "sumimaSEN-yen" ("sorry" = "sumimasen" / "1,000¥" = "sen yen")
Perhaps something like "I'm note (not) worthy" would do?
