Some new names on the compilation movie

As I found out through looking at the credits, there were at least one new animator on the movie that didn't appear on part 3-4. Teruyuki Omine, the director for Declaration of war, and many episodes of part 1 and 2, didn't show up on part 3-4, but he did show up for the movie.
