| Ulmandra had a more distinctive look than usual today. No wonder she got more conscious. Uchimura is using his brains again to run a business while applying his real world knowledge. I mean, no one should be surprised at this point. Episode also gave humans a better impressions towards Ulmandra so Uchimura accomplished more than he aimed for. I'm impressed tbh. |

| They had "Stay With Me" playing in the background, I love that song, love to see it! The bar scenes are always so calming. I thought this episode was really nice. We got to see new characters, and even learn more about the others we already know. I Can't wait to see what else "Overseas Manager Uchimura" has to offer. I'm really enjoying this show so far! |

| Ulmandra was so pretty today omg. She just needs to ditch Uchimura and keep being badass because this idiot never gonna notice her 😂 but the Chimozu business soft launch went well. They should show this anime in business classes globally, Uchimura giving a masterclass in supply and demand and logistics. Not only did they introduce the product to a young demographic who are willing to try new things and have the disposable income to do so, but they improved Demi-humans’ perception amongst the other races too. Win-win. Would it kill Uchimura to do a little research into this world’s customs though? He’s gonna give Ulmandra a heart attack with all these proposals and romantic gifts The demon king is actually the best boss in anime history lol. It’s so cool how he prioritizes his workers over the product. Why worry about anyone stealing the product when you have people who can always make better ones! Golden country trade negotiations should be good Hearing stay with me by Matsubara Miku was a treat! City pop legend. Rest in power.. does feel a little wrong to have it in the show considering her dying wish was to not have her music played anymore since she dedicated her entire life to it, but alas. |

| Ulmandra was so cute and thinking she was going on a date, but unfortunately Uchimura is just a workaholic. The face she made every time her hopes were dashed haha. I would like it if a romance between the both of them were to develop for real, but as I don't see the show (or the manga) having the tag I'll try to keep my hopes low. |

| Uchimura is still as dense as a board but the story is extremely interesting. Enjoyed how they turned around that nightmare scenario of being stuck with a ton of stock that would expire within a day. Wonder how Uchimura will handle trading with the country of gold. |

| Just for the record. What could Isekai dude bring to the low-tech world, and still be related to the previous episodes? Yes, and derive his usefulness and genius to the max? The refrigerator. This device radically solved food problems. How do you make a refrigerator? It would be a cellar or a box, and inside it would be your rosemary amulet with a cold spell on repeat. Transportation, storage, food processing would go to a new level never seen before. The second such thing is the mason jar. Before its invention, everything was dried, salted, fermented. After its invention, it became possible to store almost fresh vegetables and meat for years without complicated conditions and without the risk of everything rotting. These two inventions helped mankind to forget about hunger in most parts of the planet. Synthetic nitrogen fertilizers, mechanized irrigation, and all kinds of insecticides and other pesticides were still around. Efficient transportation also helped, but that's not the basis. |

I'm sure this episode is a tribute to Miki Matsubara ❤️  I absolutely love her music. I know what she went through, but I still want to say—thank you, Miki ❤️ for everything 😭  This series is always filled with real-life references, and I love that! And of course I love the bar concept transitions <3 And of course, I really love those transitions with the "bar scenes concept"—that magical bar that appears at certain moments, where Dennosuke seeks to relax his mind and heart to find answers <3 or at least, that's how I see it |

This last episode was good, it wasn't the best so far, but it was still very funny. a very good vibe at the beginning with "stay with me", unlike putting the bar part at the beginning, it was always after the ending. It's very good that Ulmandra has her imaginary stories with Ichimura and is disappointed hahaha, my god, this man likes to work, see " otaku of work". But also, you know, now he's being recognized by his boss, having what he never had on earth. Ulmandra just wanted a date lol, poor thing. It's incredible how he uses the experience of Earth in the other world, I simply can't look at Ichimura without remembering the Dover Demon song "business man, Japanese business man" by Dandadan hahaha, literally him. |
