Imaria Episode 4 Discussion

The mangaka just had to take a freaky yet sweet couple and turn this into paint by numbers ntr. Wouldn't be surprised if this route was chosen in the hopes of gaining more readers. I hate how prevalent cuckoldry is in the scene.

i technically didn't watch episodes 3 and 4, i skipped forwards through them to quickly see if they were as bad as ep2... frankly? they're worse. some of the sickest and most perverted disgusting H put out since i watched Bible Black, and i own BB on DVD. this is the kind of H that should never been produced in print form let alone animated.

my personal rating? kill it. kill it with fire. and i'm including that in the review i'm about to write to hopefully dissuade anybody else from watching this filth. i like H titles and some of the off-the-wall ones i've enjoyed are damn wierd. but this show? no. kill it with fire.

@Erogamerss unfortunately, we're not the 'target audience' so our opinions are null-and-void. \shrug/

i've read stories about when folks use VPN etc. to gain access to Japan's H viewership websites and attempt to 'pay to play' somehow... which i've yet to read anybody successfully buying anything online via a storefront/subscription/reoccurring card charge from a company inside Japan... and that person uses a financial institution based OUTSIDE Japan... credit/debit cards/line of credit etc. \shrug/

Japan's financial rules-laws-regulations are some of the most restrictive to outsiders/foreign consumers i've encountered in the past 35 years i've been online. that's street-level-consumers, not wholesalers and distributors and whatnot working in the 500+ units range of items per order and whatnot. even those levels of sales... the 'customer' is still HIGHLY nudge-nudge-wink-wink told 'get an account with a Japanese bank. it is just easier to do business that way.'

since 'we' can't purchase a stream/DL/DVD-BR of 'XYZ-dom Loves ABC-sub' video? \shrug/ we'll just have to make do with what Japan's H studios/publishers and 'their' marketplace will support.

we could write to our fave 'grey-web' sites catering to H tastes but... heh (insert huge eye-roll here) they're not very receptive to 'user suggestions'...

@KiliianSleipnir well it not really that problem. Like NTR it fine if i know it a fucking NTR but all the ep 1 or vol 1 of Manga it not so unless the damn author task that shit then nobody can saw that coming with just ep 1.

@Erogamerss yeah, unfortunately unless MAL modifies their tags/labels/whatever they wanna call em, we'll just have to rely on forum posts like this, reviews (like i left on this one... i wonder if it got approved, let me check right fast...) yup, my review made the cut. plus the overall rating for the show. then we'll have to either risk the show itself... or if the 'grey-web site for H' of our choice DOES put the detailed tags on it, NTR, r@pe, g@ng b@ng, enjoyable r@pe and so forth... we will know what to avoid or enjoy if that's our predilections.

the thing with MAL is, they gotta keep everything PG-13 by their rules and mandates from their corporate owner. so we as the users just have to do our best to keep it clean as possible and such. :)

frankly, when it comes to H... if there's an idol in it... i've learned to avoid it entirely. because they're all (in my years and years of experience) about corrupting the girl and so forth. i guess it is one of those subconscious needs in the Japanese culture, they'll cheer for somebody's success... but they'll also want to see them fall.
