It's a rip-off on multiple titles. There's some, "I'm the 8th son, are you kidding?" Vibe to it, among others. They put in what they thought was popular and called it a story.

I get what you mean, and I can think of several in the last few years that fit that template. But each is its own original story with individual characters and relationship dynamics.
Les Miserables has a pretty frequently used story, but is considered a masterpiece. Basically, it doesn’t matter.

There’s like three of these kind of generic fantasy/Isekai anime every season. Most of them are bad. Occasionally you find a gem.

Bingo! People aren’t trying hard enough to be original. It’s sadly just a lot of copying nowadays, because they feel it’s simpler to do what has worked. The problem is it gets redundant and uninteresting, especially if your version doesn’t add anything to the archetype. This is just another “the 8th son, 7th prince, and reincarnated as an aristocrat” type but worse..
