Just popping on here to say this episode should come after Season 1 Part 2 Episode 5.

Nothing major according to others, just a character or two introduced that we'll see in season 2 anyhow.

Crunchyroll put it at the end of season 1 (episode 24)and it was totally fine as just like any ova it wasn't obligated to be in the chronological order to enjoy it and it wasn't a episode 0 specifically like in season 2.

True. I just binged the series and remembered where it fit chrono-wise. Didn't see it mentioned elsewhere, so I figured I'd share.

It is totally skippable, though. Cliff doesn't really get a good intro.
