| Why did Quinella “The Administrator” never remove emotions of the Synthesis Knights? She only remove their memories. Think about it. If you have no emotions then you would not even care to listen to your past. Then with no emotions, the only thing will matter to you would be following orders. This would prevent Alice from listening to Kirito’s claim that she was indeed alice they know. This would also prevent Kirito’s chance of reaching above the tower because it would be an absolute order for Synthesis Knights to punish them yet when they have emotions they listen a bit making then weak It is not an answer that she can’t remove because she froze her emotions too, right? So it is possible to remove emotions of Synthesis Knights like nothing even happened at all And they can act as human speak to residents like a human would then perform the order. |

Well as far as I remember she never sealed her emotions, she has just cut everything out of her memory that was unnecessary. So with having lived a couple hundred years and thereby experienced a lot, is it only the truly important parts she remembers, since the brain or fluctolight can only handle about 150 years of life. So the reason why she is so emotionally screwed is because her memory is just clips of her own life, also she was described to be a fairly evil kid as well. But she is also manipulating the knights, by removing certain memories from them, for example when they apprehend a criminal and they are turned into a knight. But the knights still gets to live some sort of life and have experiences, which forms their morales and emotions. This is mostly based on my info from reading the books, hopes it gives some answer to your question. |
