More storytelling about Kirishima's past. It seems Nao and her ex knows a lot more about him than it seems. The aquarium segment was kinda cute even if Yoshino can be awkward at times. I thinks she is just being honest with herself. |

I find it quite sad to know that Kirishima has to had sex as early as the age he can ejaculate so that he can buy his own food. |

An Aries female with a Scorpio male? Ohhh SCARY! But it explains a lot. And the plot sure did thicken in a hurry. This has my undivided attention now. |

This is coming along nicely, I think the Osaka arc will end with episode 9 or the first half of episode 10. Really liked the pace of this episode and the aquarium scene, finally a deeper conversation between Yoshino and Krishima. Also in this episode Yoshino finally learned more about Kirishima's past. |

Out-fucking-played! Nao with the stupid hourglass-keyhole eyes spent so much time last episode playing up how cunning and manipulative she can be, but then instantly jobs out to both Ozu and Kirishima. This character is trash! Well played, Kirishima! Ozu could be a promising villain. His history of tricking girls into AV and then disappearing them paints him as a real scumbag. If he can come up with something better than some shitty blackmail tropes, I just might remember him. Kirishima, up a tier. Yoshino, could break out of neutral. Shouma, still a simp. Let's see how Ozu's trap plays out. |

NOW, THIS IS GETTING INTERESTING. It seems we're finally entering our first "proper" arc in the series, and Kirishima was actually planing on exposing Ozu when he started seeing Nao now. People were really angry for this last episode, but I think this episode might make people rethink that. But before all that, just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the first part of the episode too, with the aquarium date of Yoshino and Kirishima (it's the 2nd aquarium date I'm seeing this fall season, which is kind of ironic actually xD), and we got to know Kirishima a bit more, and when I say a bit more I mean we know the month of his birthday and that he still doesn't have a car license. Yoshino on the other hand already has her car license, which I don't know, but makes her even more cooler. I don't really know what she planned with Shouma, but I suppose we are going to understand that in the next episode. Also, I really like her relationship with Shouma, which is a shame, since we knoe they aren't getting together. Anyways, so Ozu has been using girls and blackmailing into doing what he wants, therefor that girl that turned into a porn actress, that was used by him, and Ozu is actually being used by his own bosses, so yeah, a really messy situation, that is dragging innocent girls, and when Kirishima got close to Nao, it was actually to get closer to Ozu and dismantling this whole thing (a bit similar to what he and Yoshino did in episode 2, but to a smaller extent). Yoshino clearly is aware of what was going on, and she actually planned something with Shouma, in order to also protect Kirishima, since this can be quite dangerous for him to do alone. And now she's where Ozu is, and that isn't the place that Kirishima was supposed to meet up with Ozu, so who is going to be at that place? The latter part of this episode was really exciting, and is exactly what I was expecting from this anime ever since episode 2. I suppose I'm not the only one this excited, by the comments I saw on this week's episode. The animation quality, sadly, isn't getting better, but it wasn't worse than last episode at least. I can totally see this arc making the score of the anime start going up, since this episode was REALLY good, and might not be my favorite so far, but I'm sure one of the upcoming episodes is. Also, liked how Yoshino already knows that Kirishima is always up on what she is doing, and that she is really proactive and generally a Boss really. |

Although the anime downplayed this information, it's actually a good key to understanding more Kirishima's character, and thank you for bringing this up, because by the end of the episode and the reveal of Ozu's plans I kind of forgot that we got this piece of information about Kirishima's past. Being 13 and having to, in a way, sell his body so that he could eat is really sad. Also brings us back to episode 1 and why he suggested that to Yoshino, since that is basically what he has done before. -Hotaru_ said: This is coming along nicely, I think the Osaka arc will end with episode 9 or the first half of episode 10 Uhhh, I sense we are getting the best episode of the anime during those 2 episodes |

This episode was absolutely brilliant, She (female lead) already knew he had her phone copy and was with Shiota Nao, also knew Ozu kento was the main villain behind it all without even explaining. So that what she meant about having a knack for Real Estate. Wish I could've seen the next episode today.... |

Kirishima is a bastard but very cunning; he only sees sex as a tool to get what he wants, be it contacts or even food. Poor dumb Nao, she didn't seem to have much of a brain, thinking she could escape that world and manipulate both Ozu and Kirishima. And on top of that, believing she's a better woman than the beautiful Yoshino? What a fool. When Nao is just starting out, Yoshino has already been there and back hundreds of times! She's too smart! The fact that she pretends to be clueless makes her even more amazing. I'm curious how she got all that information and figured it all out. She's on another level. IQ: Nao <<< Ozu <<< Kirishima <<< Yoshino |

@Lampblasted Maybe you missed it but Yoshino out played Kirishima, she circumvented Kirishima's cloned phone tracker by communicating with Nao via a tablet. That took even Kirishima by surprise since he thought he knew where Yoshino was at all Times but he had no idea Yoshino was a few steps away from Ozu. Yoshino is the one who should be up a tier. |

Nahhhh this was the best episode so far by a big stretch omg. That last 5 minutes or so was just people reverse uno-ing one another nonstop lol. Ozu dumbass thought he had it all figured out blackmailing Nao and the whole time he’s the one getting played by Yoshino who you’d think would be the most oblivious here. God I love badass/smart female leads sm. Yoshino ain’t just a pretty face, she can get down and dirty too. Before that twist though, I loved the aquarium date! They might be toxic as hell, but Yoshino and Kirishima do have their cute moments lol. It’s also funny she’s an aries and into astrology, basically my ex. I think that’s the first time I’ve seen characters having casual convos about astrology in anime like that. Felt very authentic. Yoshino trying to sneak a photo of Kirishima was cute too! That whole ozu scene made me so uncomfortable. How tf did he get videos and pics of Kirishima and Nao??! And a weed mention in anime??? That’s real. Nao might be kind of an asshole, but I don’t wanna see her lose her career. Kirishima having a copy of Yoshino’s phone is absolutely unhinged tho lmao. Even crazier that Yoshino somehow peeped it and used her tablet instead. Constant 4D chess being played here, can’t wait for the next ep |

@PokefanPT I can vouch that episodes 8 to 12 are going to be most people's favorite episodes. Episodes 1 to 7 were just the warm up, 8 to 12 is when the story really gets good. |

I enjoyed this episode!! The whole plot being laid down with some yoshino-kirishima mutual interest as a side dish was chef's kiss. I wish the animation was a bit more fluid at some points but what can you do. Scum like Ozu going after girls truly makes you wanna bash some teeth in. I want to see Yoshino kicking ass and taking names. |

The real shame is this manga has been on hiatus since march and I’m pretty sure it’s been dropped by its magazine so regardless of whether we’re enjoying this we’ll never even get to see what happens in the end. Sad as fuck cos I wanted to start reading it as I’ve enjoyed the anime a lot it’s hells refreshing. But I don’t see the point if the mangaka has basically given up. Great episode again tho which just adds to the frustration. |

@KoSparrows Considering that he was basically planning on abducting & then trafficking her for the sex trade, I hope she kills his slimy ass. Though it has ben spoiled for me that Ozu is also being blackmailed by a bigger boss. STILL. I remember hearing rumors of this happening to foreign girls, especially blonds, back in the early 90s in Japan by the Yakuza. Might just have been rumors, but they warned them against going anywhere alone. |

Love how spiteful Nao is to Yoshino. Your girl has Kirishima effortlessly falling for her and she doesn't even want the man. She's about to find out how Yoshino gets stuff done. Looking forward to the train wreck that's coming next episode. On another note, I thought she took the cloned phone but I guess he had backups. Now he's going to be cloning her tablet, too. |

so before this episode I was just watching for the sake of it but this episode, the plot deepens and I'm in! im liking how with each episode we're delving deep into the dirty side of yakuza political and the entertainment industry. also Kirishima's past sounds rocky. u actually felt bad he had to sleep around yo get food money, and he still has to sleep around for information and connections. I can understand why that might make one feel empty on the inside. I also like how yoshino isn't your typical FL who's clueless and solely depends on the ML. She sees a problems and starts finding solutions or if she doesn't like something, she speaks up. I especially liked how Kirishima thoight he knows about Yoshino's every move but the last scene made it clear he underestimates Yoshino. she ain't a regular 17 year old. |

@AakBan_Pochi29 Yoshino became 18 already by episode 1, when she transferred to Kirishima's school. The school year in Japan starts in early April and Yoshino's birthday is the 2nd of April. Kirishima is the one who is still 17 and will become 18 in a few months by the time of episode 7. |

Wow, that is some next level manipulating going on this episode. Can't say I'm surprised knowing Kirishima, but man, he took Nao down without any remorse. I can't say I feel sorry for her at all, she was saying some real nasty shit about Yoshino and just other women in general, thinking she was so much better and smarter than them. Turns out she's no better and even worse off than they are. Still think it's super skeevy she was having sex with a 14-year-old Kirishima while she was several years older than him, and it's even worse in the context of him having to do it just to survive (and him saying he never did with people in his grade is even worse). |

@Mersailia Nao is just 2 or 3 years older than him, the real problem that gets explained more in the manga is that Kirishima did it with adult women in order to survive, that's the real yucky stuff. |

Aw Yoshino is so cute in this episode. So Kirishima slept with Nao for blackmail? Even worse, Kirishima had to sell his body in order to eat, that's super fucked. Lowkey, I hope Nao loses her career for being such an asshole. She was looking down on Yoshino the entire time for absolutely no reason. And the fact that she tried to manipulate both Kirishima and Yoshino is so ugly Nah, Kirishima sent himself a text so Nao could look at his phone? He's deadass 1 step ahead hahah But Yoshino is even a step ahead of Kirishima. |

People were hating last episode, but again we're dealing with yakuza yknow? Our characters are going to have dark(er) backstories and underhanded way to get things done. Yoshino finally showing that she's more than a pretty face. Next few episodes will be great <3 Also side note I hate Nao's eyes. It does not translate well into animated form. |

@joshlill It's just so sad. I REALLY like the story SO MUCH. It just takes a long while for good stories with the yakuza world as the theme to happen in the manga & the anime world, so any lateness in their release is torture for a total fan like myself. Got any suggestions that have the same theme? |
