Wow so did the story finally catch up to the present and pick up where it left off in that second volume? I was so invested in the story back when I was reading it. How many volumes is the series going to have now that it’s over? I kinda stopped at volume 8
| @majin_mark505 I don't understand your first question. For your second Mars Chronicle has 56 chapters in total. Latest english volume is volume 9, till chapter 46. So two more volumes left for english release if it follows the five chapter per volume pattern. |

It’s been a while since I’ve read the story but if you remember in volume two of Mars Chronicle. That was like the most up to date part of where Alita was at currently after the events in Last Order but then the story kinda goes back in time. I was wondering if the story picks up from the end of that volume where she kinda teams up with Nova.

| @MegamiRem Ultimately it all depends on when the series resumes because five chapters of this series are equal to two and half months of serialization, plus there's also to consider the fact that Kishiro needs to work on the final volume itself. All that said, I'm assuming that the tenth and final volume should come out in the first quarter of next year. What I'm actually curious about though is when (and also where) the next Alita installment will be start getting published. Evening is gone so I think that what comes next for Alita will also ran on Comic Days like the latter part of Mars Chronicles. |
