Look upon my works, he mighty, and despair. It would’ve been perfect if Veltol had uttered the words of Ozymandias! Still, it was good seeing that POS traitor, Marcus, go down screaming like a little bitch. Hearing Veltol declare his love to Machina was the cherry on top. Takahashi looked utterly satisfied being given meaningful work helping the Demon Lord rise once again. They make such a great team. 🥰🥰 Also, Gram got a chance to help the world become a better place by taking out Marcus. I see good things in the future for this matchup.

He said "second form" (at least according to the subtitles) and not "final form," so there's always a chance. What I really like, though, is that someone drew that massive thing and then was like, "I'm not animating a fight with that! It's gonna stand there looking imposing and they're just gonna chat for a while." 🤣🤣

I liked the music leading up to the transformation, and I hope Gram and the person he was fighting last episode can start a slow burn relationship as the second couple. I feel like second couples tend to have more interesting stories.

The animation quality was so nice last eps that this one felt like a big drop in quality … but regardless… still a fun series.

The end of an arc also the end of LN1 adaptation. Really good watch. Takahashi's expertise shines. Veltol defeated Marcus. Veltol and Machina reunited.

Looking forward for the adaptaion of volume 2.(pls. might as well adapt Vol. 3 for Season 2 its my favorite volume so far.)

Maou's true resurrection. That form looked sick, kind of like a digimon. He gave Marcus a taste of his own medicine and threw his words back at him, satisfying af. Maou finally sees the life, this is what Gram talked about. Would be nice to see him back with Maou again someday. For now he got the girl. Maou too got Machina. Win win for all of them. Got the gold and silver play button too.

Curious to see how things will go from here.

Great episode with lord Vetol low diffing Marcus, except the animation of Vetol's second form is just so bad I got distracted! Normally, when you animate a dragon like creature talking, the jaw shouldn move up and down in a constant frequency
