I have been seeing a lot of best girl slander. Come on don't be dumb.

People are acting like she is an idiot and a simple damsel in distress. No she fought hard, messed up, and is now in the heart of the strongest enemies territory.

Ok I read that out loud and laughed but I am talking about after this like everyone else.

Emilia is smart enough to assess the situation and knows that Regulus is dangerous. "Why are you acting so ok with this?!" like come on. She is choosing her words carefully. She is also trying to gather information and doesn't pass up the opportunity to relay it to our side. She can't leave because she knows that if she does, then the wives will be punished or killed. It's not a situation for her to overlook. And if she leaves the go back to the others to counterattack, then there is a chance the blonde wife staying with her will die immediately. Emilia acknowledges this as why she put a decoy to spy.

Also she wants the trust with Subaru to be mutual. I recommend looking at the new insert song lyrics they are pretty beautiful. The two of them help each other out. Subaru already trusted her with the trials in S2. In the end he gets her help for Sirius, and she tried her best but unfortunately ended up in this situation. And now while she does her best in the new situation, she naturally trusts Subaru like she should. He is in the advantageous position compared to her. And from her perspective he always plays his cards right.
