Dandadan: First Encounter

From what I can gather, Dandadan: First Encounter was only available to see at the cinema. There doesn't appear to be an entry on MAL, or any sign of a Digital/Blu-ray release, so will I essentially get the same experience by just watching the first three episodes of the show? Does First Encounter add or remove anything of importance?

The only real difference is that the ending theme of the 1st and 2nd eps is cut out, and the op of the 2nd and 3rd eps are cut out to make it continuous. There was also an exclusive interview with the manga’s editor, the director, and the 2 leading jp voice actors.

Just as I thought, but thanks for the clarification. I think I'll wait for the whole show to finish airing and then just binge-watch it.

it also shows an interview where the the author and editor talk about the title, how the idea came to be, etc. And also interviews with the vas of the leads, and the director who talks a lil bit on the process behind it. From the actual content of the anime, is the same content.
