And I think other series receiving an adaptation would have been a better use of ressources. Fairy Tail it's done now it's just milking a dead body and I am not into necrophilia.

@Mugiwarayaa___ are you sure? there is barely any sakuga on old fairy tail anime meanwhile in this weeks episode alone you see sakuga of gray vs that enemy tree with water acting like lasers

of course, it deserves much better animation than this.
i love the old animation of season 1 or season 3. that animation from A1 pictures and cloverworks was much more pretty and clear than this.

@SakuraCosmos your getting confused with art style and animation. Nobody who is genuinely okay can tell me that final season of Fairy tail looked any where close to Fairy Tail 100 years quest animation. Not sure why so many people are complaining when animation has improved from previous seasons. Ep 6 had the best animation in Fairy Tail's history and that could be topped with the next ep becasue it's the climax of the arc. The recent episode alone had great animation, i swear half the time you guys have no clue when it comes to animation lol

You would need studio like Pierrot for that. They've been adapting Naruto for 20 years + Black Clover and had very good animation where it was needed (fight scenes).

Which 100YQ episode you think was the best one up until now? In terms of animation/sakuga… Ep 6?

Well, I don't know about the animation quality of recent episodes since I had only watched 3 to 4 eps so far.

And as for me, I don't usually complain about or hate the animations, (I didn't even dislike cgi used in failure frame, if you know about that) I just liked the old animation style much better than the new one, That's all. And I said that because this is my most favorite anime so I definitely wanted good animation for it.... Though it's good to hear that the next episodes are in much better quality, I will binge watch it later.

And yeah, maybe I got a bit confused between animation and art style. I prefer the old art style than this.

hmm but it's part of the manga? fairy tail wasn't done and it's also not milking it, except if Bleach gets also "milked" even tho it's just the next part...

@SakuraCosmos ep 6 has the best animation in Fairy Tail's history and ep 3 had quite good animation with Erza's sword clashing with Kiria was some pretty good choreography. Most of this season has been outsourced to ACGT like they have covered 8 or 9 episodes. The main team in Jc Staff have covered episodes 1,3,6,15,17. All these episodes had pretty good animation. hopefully for the next season, it doesen't get outsourced as much becuase we would want the animation quality to stay consistently good. In Fairy Tail 100 years quest there has already been more Sakuga, which people like to use as a way of saying good/higher quality animation than the whole of Fairy Tail

The animation in the older season is way better from a far. Also, one thing I will say is this animation is way better than when in the old fairy tale switched their animation to new style, but it was not good. But overall I think this animation is solid!!☺️🤗

agree animation is fine but it deserves better natsu Vs aldoron was much better and bloody in manga

People care too much about animation, but I guess people watch for different reasons lol. The animation was fine for me.

On the scale of mattering, its story, characters, the world, etc., then somewhere near the bottom of the list is animation. It has to be reaaaaaaallly bad for me to care. Good animation can't make an anime for me, nor can bad animation ruin a good anime.
